El personal de comedor, tanto camareros como cocineros del 10. Soy celíaca y me han tratado como en pocos sitios. Toda la comida muy buena. Piscinas y zona de tumbonas muy tranquilas. Es un sitio perfecto para descansar.
Me ha parecido descarado el precio de las bebidas, ya que al llevar pensión completa no nos incluía las bebidas. Te ponían agua de grifo o bebidas de barril a precio de puerto banús! Tendrían que ofrecer bebida de más calidad a ese precio o en su caso economizar un poco.
Tampoco es un sitio que te pille todo a mano, hay que coger coche para ir a playas o pueblos cercanos.

Lo peor es que no está a pie de playa, pero eso lo pone claramente. Para ir a cualquier playa tienes que coger el coche, aunque no se hace pesado. La comida está bastante bien, al final es repetitiva pero porque hay mucha variedad. Cada noche es una temática de país diferente. La animación es un poco pobre pero está bien para estar entretenido y descansar. Lo que no me gustó es que en los 6 días no nos cambiaron las sábanas.

Destacar en primer lugar el personal desde recepción a los camareros, se aprecia la proximidad su profesionalidad y la eficiencia, se nota mucho que es personal con experiencia y de la zona. La comida con mucha mas variedad de lo esperado y de muy buena calidad, faltaba más productos de la zona para que hubiera sido excepcional. Las instalaciones son chulas aunque un poco antiguas, lo que no las desmerece, pero si algún deterioro que se se puede justificar por ser final de temporada y que desentonaba con lo cuidado del resto. Las camas cómodas y descansamos perfectamente, la habitación muy amplia y con muchos enchufes, falta un espejo de aumento en el baño, que mejoraría la excesiva distancia del espejo debido a una amplia bancada de los lavabos, que es muy practica para dejar los útiles de aseo, pero dificulta la visión del espejo.
