How your PortAventura tickets work

  • If your stay is 1 or 2 nights, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.

    • You can use your tickets on any day of your stay.
    • As you only have 1 entrance day, you’ll need to visit both parks on the same day.

  • If your stay is 3 nights or more, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land + 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park.

    • The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:
    • Day 1: access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land.
    • Day 2: access to PortAventura® Park.
    • It is not possible to change this order.
    • You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay – once you enter the park the first day, your second day is automatically the following one.
    • If you don’t use the 2nd day, no refund is possible.

  • When you check in at the hotel, you’ll receive your tickets.

    • Want to go to the park on your arrival day? Even if your room isn’t ready until the afternoon, you can go to reception first thing in the morning to collect your tickets.

  • With this deal you will be able to enjoy 1 vermouth per person and booking with olives and potatoes at Celler del Pallol.

  • El Celler del Pallol is open during the following hours:

    • Monday to Friday: from 10:00h to 13:30h and from 18:00h to 21:00h.
    • Saturday: from 10:00h to 14:00h and from 18:00h to 21:00h.
    • Sunday: closed

  • You can only redeem the vermouth voucher during the dates of your booking. If you do not make use of the vermouth, no refund will be possible.

  • To redeem it, you just have to show up there and show your confirmation voucher, it is not necessary to make an appointment.
