El alojamiento está bien para el precio que pagamos mi pareja y yo. Una zona bastante tranquila a unos 40 mins de Cabárcenos. El personal muy amable y el desayuno podría mejorar pero bien
No sabemos la temperatura a la que se encuentra el agua de las piscinas termales pero a mi pareja y a mí nos pareció que estaba algo fría, pensábamos que iba a estar más cálida. Por ello apenas disfrutamos de ese servicio. Y tampoco disponen del cartel para avisar al servicio de limpieza que seguimos durmiendo. Nos despertaron dos veces.

las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, según sus normas cambian las toallas cada 3 días pero el agua caliente hay que esperar 10 minutos derrochando agua hasta que sale y te puedes duchar.

El hotel está muy bien con buenas instalaciones y una magnífica ubicación para disfrutar de tranquilidad.
Deberían mejorar en varios aspectos, ya que tenían algunas instalaciones fuera de uso. La temperatura de las piscinas no era ni muchísimo menos la que decían. El personal, diverso claro que sí, eran unos más amables o agradables que otros pero todos visiblemente superados por las circunstancias y de manera permanente.
Durante el check-in, les llamaban cuarenta mil veces de quehaceres diversos y aquello era el cuento de nunca acabar, no les funcionaba cada día una cosa... Y lo de la cena incluida ya era de nota. Ahí sí que se les veía claramente superados por las circunstancias. Freían cosas de bolsa congelada y las sacaban como podían pero, eso sí, trataban de cobrar lo máximo que podían por las bebidas y los servicios adicionales aunque alguno no lo quisieras. La situación llegaba a ser hasta cómica.

Los colchones son cómodos y el entorno muy bonito.
Lo que ofrece este chollo dista mucho de ser un Balneario. Las piscinas naturales de fuera no tienen ningún mantenimiento, no se parecen en nada a las fotos, están sucias, descuidadas, todo lleno de moho... Y están a 26 grados, es imposible meterse ahí a no ser que seas muy valiente o sea verano. La cubierta, a pesar de estar abierta, huele extremadamente mal a azufre, no se puede entrar sin que te den arcadas, a parte de todo el moho y suciedad que tiene. El baño peeling incluido en el chollo, no es nada especial. Es un jacuzzi, se supone que con agua termal calentada, en un cuarto con una sauna estropeada, todo lleno de moho, humedades, cableado a la vista, con la cantidad de humedad que hay ahí.. tiene mucha suciedad, da sensación de que te vas a salir con unos hongos de ahí. No merece para nada la pena. Además en recepción te dicen que son 30 minutos, cuando llegas allí te dicen que 25 y pasados 20 minutos ya te mandan salir. Soy usuaria habitual de buscaunchollo y no recomiendo para nada este. A no ser que quieras ir solo a dormir y visitar el entorno. Además, el baño tenía el techo desconchado y el lavabo estaba lleno de moho negro. Se nota que no hacen mantenimiento de las cosas, las fotos serán del día que abrió.

Hotel con un potencial enorme pero descuidado en todos los sentidos,con un manantial como el que tienen tenían que tener un spa de cinco estrellas y no lo que ofrecen
El spa por llamarlo de alguna manera te venden que el agua sale a 26 grados pero está prácticamente a temperatura ambiente y as de ser muy valiente para adentrarte en la piscina cubierta ,la exterior prefiero no dar mi opinión,el desayuno deja bastante que desear ,es verdad que el precio es muy atractivo pero era mejor que subieran unos eur y dieran un desayuno tipo buffet que es lo que se lleva y no tipo cafetería al euro

Lo que mencionaríamos de la estancia es que hacía mucho calor en la habitación, especialmente en el baño, la calefacción venía del suelo y estaba tan caliente que se hacía complicado pisar.
Por otro lado, nos dijeron en el check-in que podiamos disponer de la piscina cubierta que el agua estaba templada... y bueno, la piscina no está completamente cubierta para guardar el calor y el agua no está muy caliente que digamos

En el hotel todo el personal es super agradable y serviciales siempre intentan ayudarte con todo lo que necesites
Ellos gestionan el horario del baño en el balneario por su cuenta sin preguntarte disponibilidad a nosotros nos asignaron una hora incluso después del check out del hotel sin preguntarte si quiera qué disponibilidad teníamos, finalmente conseguimos que nos la cambiasen pero después de insistir mucho.

La ubicación por dos partes, primero el entorno es precioso y segundo para visitar cualquier punto de Cantabria está en un lugar muy estratégico ya que en menos de una hora tienes a mano todo lo “visitable”.
El desayuno es un poco “sota, caballo y rey”, no puedes variar nada y el zumo de naranja es de polvo. Aún así el café y la tostada está bastante aceptables.
