The room we were given had no window. Just a skylight and the bed was very hard. The rest was fine although the spa is in need of maintenance and some equipment needs to be replaced.

El sitio está muy bien aunque para todo tienes que desplazarte en coche. ( en nuestro caso nos da igual)
Todo el personal son súper amables te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Te resuelven dudas de todo.
Puedes entrar las 24 horas.
El personal del spa también súper agradable te explicaban y facilitaban todo.

Upon arrival, we had to change the first room they gave us; it was extremely small, with a very low ceiling and very hot, the window was very high and also couldn't be opened because it was damaged. Once we settled into the other room, we found that the shower stream was very weak and it was impossible to regulate the temperature - you either scalded or froze, witnessing several complaints at the reception for the same reason. The spa was big, but more than half of the jets didn't work, the dry sauna was off, and the Turkish bath was at a very low temperature, with very dirty, murky spa water. The breakfast was meager, and the only toaster available only worked on the top part, resulting in a queue and people complaining... We complained about everything both at the reception and to the on-site staff, and the response was always the same, that they only worked there and couldn't do anything, that's what all the staff we complained to told us... In short, we won't be returning.
Nada más llegar tuvimos que cambiar la primera habitación que nos dieron, era extremadamente pequeña el techo muy bajo y hacia muchísimo calor, la ventana muy alta y aparte no se podía abrir porque estaba averiada. Una vez que nos instalamos en la otra habitación comprobamos que el chorro de la ducha era muy escaso y era imposible regular la temperatura o te abrazabas o te congelabas, siendo testigos de varias quejas en la recepción por este mismo motivo . El spa era grande pero más de la mitad de los chorros no funcionaban, la sauna seca apagada y el baño turco con muy poca temperatura, el agua del spa muy turbia muy sucia. El desayuno escaso, y el único tostador que había solamente funcionaba la parte superior, lo que se transformaba en cola y la gente quejándose... De todo nos quejamos tanto en la recepción como al personal in situ en el lugar, y la respuesta fue siempre la misma que ellos solamente trabajaban allí y que no podían hacer nada, así nos contestó todo el personal al que nos quejamos.. en resumidas cuentas no volveremos.
