Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación (desde la terraza de la habitación se veía el mar) y las cenas del buffet ya que son muy elaboradas, no hay fritanga como en otros sitios que he estado.
En primer lugar estuvimos esperando hasta las 14.30 horas para poder entrar ya que la habitación no estaba preparada. Cuando nos la dieron y subimos, era de la parte sin reformar y de cuatro estrellas nada de nada, dos y si acaso (la limpieza regular y todo muy antiguo). Para terminar, no habíamos hecho más que deshacer la maleta y ponernos ropa cómoda cuando la camarera de pisos abrió la habitación, porque se había olvidado de ponerle las colchas a las camas, le dijimos que estaba ocupado, pero aún así abrió la habitación y entró. Me abrió el armario con mis cosas personales y me la dejo en el altillo. Sinceramente es la primera vez que me pasa esto, pero tengo claro que no volverá a ocurrir porque aquí no vuelvo.

En 5 días limpiaron la habitación 1 solo día! Nos dieron una sola tarjeta, lo cual nos creó muchísimos inconvenientes. Te cobran 10€ extra x día si quieres una cuna. Tienes wifi gratis SOLO en el hall principal, si quieres en la habitación tienes q pagar extra! Si quieres media pension, solamente es desayuno y cena, no hay opción a comida. Tuvimos que llamar a recepción dos veces porque la ducha no funcionaba y la televisión tampoco. Así que, nuestra experiencia fue horrible, excepto x la simpatía de los empleados.

Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación (desde la terraza de la habitación se veía el mar) y las cenas del buffet ya que son muy elaboradas, no hay fritanga como en otros sitios que he estado.
En primer lugar estuvimos esperando hasta las 14.30 horas para poder entrar ya que la habitación no estaba preparada. Cuando nos la dieron y subimos, era de la parte sin reformar y de cuatro estrellas nada de nada, dos y si acaso (la limpieza regular y todo muy antiguo). Para terminar, no habíamos hecho más que deshacer la maleta y ponernos ropa cómoda cuando la camarera de pisos abrió la habitación, porque se había olvidado de ponerle las colchas a las camas, le dijimos que estaba ocupado, pero aún así abrió la habitación y entró. Me abrió el armario con mis cosas personales y me la dejo en el altillo. Sinceramente es la primera vez que me pasa esto, pero tengo claro que no volverá a ocurrir porque aquí no vuelvo.

En 5 días limpiaron la habitación 1 solo día! Nos dieron una sola tarjeta, lo cual nos creó muchísimos inconvenientes. Te cobran 10€ extra x día si quieres una cuna. Tienes wifi gratis SOLO en el hall principal, si quieres en la habitación tienes q pagar extra! Si quieres media pension, solamente es desayuno y cena, no hay opción a comida. Tuvimos que llamar a recepción dos veces porque la ducha no funcionaba y la televisión tampoco. Así que, nuestra experiencia fue horrible, excepto x la simpatía de los empleados.
