Lo único bueno de este hotel fue la vista que tenía la habitación, ya que por suerte veíamos el mar al fondo.

El hotel se cae a cachos, está muy descuidado, las habitaciones tienen muebles de hace unos 20 años, viejos, desgastados y mal cuidados.
La limpieza brilla por su ausencia.
La comida de lo peor que he comido en un hotel, y el personal en general bastante desagradable y serio, no vi sonreír en toda mi estancia a el personal del hotel, en especial las camareras del buffet, parecían trabajar bajo mucha presión y de ahí sus caras de amargadas.
No recomiendo este hotel para nada, a no ser que quieras alimentarte a base de patatas fritas, nuggets y ensaladas, que era la comida de a diario. Pésimo buffet.

Lo bueno la ubicación y el personal
Tengo que destacar en especial a una persona de la cocina ( no se si es la cocinera o su ayudante de cocina )se llama SANDRA fue muy amable y me escucho cuando le comenté porque a los postres le ponen todo canela ,y me soluciono desde ese momento colocando otros postres sin canela .,SIN DUDA LO MEJOR DE MI EXPERIENCIA.

Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado .y si querías un ventilador de pie tenías que alquilarlo 30 0 40 € cada uno s.las toallas para picina 40 € de depósito y 20€ por utilizarlas ,10€ el mando del televisor todo en efectivo ,no te dejan pagar con tarjeta y la verdad ya no quise preguntar más por otros utilitarios ,he estado en otros hoteles y los servicios extras te cobran un deposito y con tarjeta .

El todo incluido es una estafa, ya se que ponía en el anuncio que eran bebidas locales, etc.... , pero llegar allí y de un listado de bebidas que igual había 80 solo nos entrarán 20 en el todo incluido me parece un abuso las comidas repetitivas no lo siguiente todos los días pasta y pollo o pasta y cerdo por no mencionar la calidad de las mismas porque o estaban sin hacer o quemadas, se pide un día la opción de picnic ya que no íbamos a llegar a comer al hotel por una excursión y la respuesta del hotel fue que no tenían ese servicio contando que cualquier todo incluido que se precie por lo menos en los que e estado yo te Dan la opción sin ningún problema me parece absurdo que queden mal por no hacer dos bocadillos para comer ... , el horario tanto del bar del hotel como del restaurante también horroroso ya que parecía que solo estába echo para los extranjeros por las noches a las 9:30 te cerraban el restaurante estuvieras dentro o no y los expositores de la comida directamente te quitaban la comida aunque hubieras entrado 5 min antes y te tienes que marchar sin cenar ... el bar a las 11 cerrado y a las 10:30 dejaban de servirte bebidas, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma mínimo del mobiliario y del sistema de ventilación ya que había un único ventilador para toda el apartamento y estaba situado en el salón, La habitación dejaba mucho que desear ya que estaba todo metido con calzador y con una ventana la cual no podías abrir porque pegaba en la cama, los colchones duros no lo siguiente parecía que estábamos durmiendo en el suelo aparte de la calor que hacía, lo único que salvaba la habitación de todo lo comentado era la terraza ya que era amplia y tenía buenas vistas, aparte de todo esto la limpieza brillaba por la ausencia ya que se limpiaba una vez cada dos días y el primer día que limpiaron tuvimos que bajar a recepción a pedir dos toallas porque supuestamente no se acordaron de cambiarlas... y poco más que tenemos que pagar las toallas hasta que nos las dieron en resumen no se que diferencia había de aver cogido el hotel en solo alojamiento o en media pensión ya que la única diferencia con el todo incluido esque las 20 bebidas nombradas ya las habías pagado por lo demás de haberlo sabido hubiéramos ido en media pensión al hotel me a dejado mucho que desear este viaje con buscounchollo me esperaba bastante bastante más en comparación a otros viajes que e echo con vosotros pero vamos una mala experiencia no va a hacer que deje de viajar con vosotros pero ya comentó que estamos bastante insatisfechos con esta reserva seria recomendable que se mirara bien Los destinos antes de mandar a la gente porque sinceramente nosotros nos quedamos anonadados al 3 día en el hotel y sin saber qué hacer por todas las sucesiones de desastres comentadas
