El hotel Bali está muy bien, aunque algunas cositas ya necesitan actualizarse, como los baños.
El buffet libre es llevadero, me molestó que uno de los días el plato que cambiaba del día anterior se terminó una hora y media antes de terminar el horario del buffet y no volvieron a reponerlo.

Las vistas son espectaculares,nos ha gustado mucho.
La comida no es acorde a un hotel 4 estrellas, muy poca variedad,recalentado y repetitivo,si vas para una estancia corta puede valer.
El desayuno normalito pero aceptable. Los ascensores no dan abasto para la cantidad de gente alojada ,hay que esperar bastante.
Está lejos del centro, pero hay una parada de autobuses al lado del hotel.

Fueron unas minivacaciones pero todo estuvo genial,cuando llegamos nos ofrecieron una planta 16 y como mi marido no le gustan las alturas pidió cambiarla y enseguida nos ofrecieron una 4 planta,el personal muy amable tanto recepción como los camareros,bastante variedad de comida y pese al haber muchísima gente no había mucha aglomeración en el comedor,nos gustó mucho en general

La piscina, la comida.
The rooms had nothing to do with the photos on the web: ugly, no balcony, no view and very poorly maintained. They are not 4 star hotel rooms; I have been in 2 star hotels with better rooms and much more comfort.
In addition, they put us in an annex building, low and without aesthetics, when what they sell is precisely the experience of sleeping in the skyscraper. I feel cheated: if I book in the "highest hotel in Europe", I want to stay there, not in a normal block.
Also, if we are going to stay in the least well kept part of the hotel and with the worst rooms, they should clearly indicate it in the booking, so that we know what we are going to find when we arrive, and not book thinking one thing and find something totally different. If we had known this, we would not have come to this hotel.
To top it off, the treatment at the reception was terrible: the receptionists treated us terribly, with a very stupid attitude. We booked one of the rooms with a double bed, and they didn't even give us that.
The desserts are not good.
Very bad experience, I do not recommend it.
Las habitaciones no tenían nada que ver con las fotos de la web: feas, sin balcón, sin vistas y muy poco cuidadas. No son habitaciones de un hotel de 4 estrellas; he estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas con mejores habitaciones y mucho más confort.
Además, nos metieron en un edificio anexo, bajo y sin estética, cuando lo que venden es precisamente la experiencia de dormir en el rascacielos. Me siento engañada: si reservo en el “hotel más alto de Europa”, quiero alojarme ahí, no en un bloque normalito.
Además, si nos van a hospedar en la parte menos cuidada y con las peores habitaciones del hotel, deberían indicarlo claramente en la reserva, para tener constancia de lo que vamos a encontrar al llegar, y no reservar pensando una cosa y encontrarnos otra totalmente distinta. Si lo hubiéramos sabido, no habríamos venido a este hotel.
Para rematar, el trato en recepción fue pésimo: los recepcionistas nos atendieron fatal, con una actitud muy estúpida. Reservamos una de las habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, y ni eso nos dieron.
Los postres no están buenos.
Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.
