Very limited food; queues to get a table for lunch or dinner despite having All-Inclusive. Drinks are very restricted — not even a measly mojito was included. The evening show runs until midnight but the All-Inclusive ends at 11pm. There are umbrellas for only about 60% of guests; Benidorm has nothing on this place. Rooms are usually serviced during siesta time — if you don’t want cleaning then, tough luck. Car Park is another sore point. Overall, great if you’re buying it for the price, but don’t be misled.

Fabulous 2.1 Luis Travelled with  friends August 2026 One day they didn’t clean our room; the next day they only did it at four in the afternoon. When we mentioned it to reception they said the hotel was very busy and we’d have to accept the situation. At the buffet you had to queue a long time to get in, and once inside there were so many people that the food ran out quickly and took ages to be replenished. The food was very poor quality and wasn’t restocked even if you complained. They served frozen, undercooked items such as eggs or pork, and the bread was hard. The snackbar is a rip-off: they advertise hot and cold food but in reality only offer a few toasts and tiny croissants. In a fridge they put out red onion and lettuce — nothing to fill a sliced loaf. If you don’t complain they won’t serve any real hot food. The pool water is cloudy and smells bad, and the entertainment team are on their phones instead of supervising the water games; they try to keep them as short as possible so they can get back to their phones.

There are no ice creams at lunchtime, nor yoghurts at the main meals — only at breakfast. The beds are very comfortable, the room is a good size and pleasantly cool, and cleanliness is maintained in both rooms and public areas. For the All-Inclusive, you pay €1 for the glass which is refunded when returned. It is worth mentioning there is food available at the pool bar from 13:00 until 16:00: paella or fideuá, nuggets, fish fingers, flamenquines, onion rings, burgers, salad, sandwich ingredients and pastries. The entertainment throughout the day is excellent, offering a great variety and guaranteed fun until 23:00h. The staff are attentive and friendly — special mention to Laura and Sergio. It’s a short walk down to the beach, which is very nice and spacious without crowds.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la habitación con un tamaño adecuado y fresquitas, limpieza tanto en habitaciónes como en zonas comunes .El tema del TI pagas 1 euro por el vaso que de devuelven cuando devuelves, destacar que tiene comida en el bar de la piscina, a partir de la 1hs hasta las 16hs paella o fideuá, nuggets, varitas de merluza, flamenquines, aros de cebolla, hamburguesas , ensalada, para hacer sándwich, y bolleria. La animación a lo largo del día estupenda variedad y diversión asegurada hasta las 23hs. El personal atento y amable, destacar a Laura y Sergio . Para bajar a la playa hay un paseíto, pero es muy buena y grande sin aglomeración.

Fabulous 2.1 Luis Travelled with  friends August 2026 One day they didn’t clean our room; the next day they only did it at four in the afternoon. When we mentioned it to reception they said the hotel was very busy and we’d have to accept the situation. At the buffet you had to queue a long time to get in, and once inside there were so many people that the food ran out quickly and took ages to be replenished. The food was very poor quality and wasn’t restocked even if you complained. They served frozen, undercooked items such as eggs or pork, and the bread was hard. The snackbar is a rip-off: they advertise hot and cold food but in reality only offer a few toasts and tiny croissants. In a fridge they put out red onion and lettuce — nothing to fill a sliced loaf. If you don’t complain they won’t serve any real hot food. The pool water is cloudy and smells bad, and the entertainment team are on their phones instead of supervising the water games; they try to keep them as short as possible so they can get back to their phones.

It’s a short walk down to the beach, which is very nice and spacious without crowds.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la habitación con un tamaño adecuado y fresquitas, limpieza tanto en habitaciónes como en zonas comunes .El tema del TI pagas 1 euro por el vaso que de devuelven cuando devuelves, destacar que tiene comida en el bar de la piscina, a partir de la 1hs hasta las 16hs paella o fideuá, nuggets, varitas de merluza, flamenquines, aros de cebolla, hamburguesas , ensalada, para hacer sándwich, y bolleria. La animación a lo largo del día estupenda variedad y diversión asegurada hasta las 23hs. El personal atento y amable, destacar a Laura y Sergio . Para bajar a la playa hay un paseíto, pero es muy buena y grande sin aglomeración.
