Tiene bastante entretenimiento tanto para niños como adultos, esta bien ubicado puedes ir andando al centro. La comida no hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay esta todo bueno, mejor que algunos hoteles de 4 estrellas. Habitaciones y limpieza correctos, así como la atención del personal.
No le pondría ninguna pega calidad-precio.

Solo un pero, deberían de cuidar ya que la piscina climatizada es pequeña, que la gente respete los horarios asignados.
En nuestro caso hubo gente que se quedó cuando debía de salir y fue un poco molesto.

Faltan ascensores, solo hay 3 y es una odisea poder coger alguno. Colas para entrar al comedor en todas las comidas. Comidas repetitivas y de baja calidad. Mesas súper pequeñas y sin ningún tipo de manteles. Horarios demasiado pronto en todas las comidas. Animación para desanimarte, es un hotel para Imserso.

El personal espetacular muy amables y resolutivos, olvide de llevar el bono impreso, no me han puesto ninguna pega, muy simpáticos, la foto de grupo la recepcionista se ofreceu para sacarla, en el comedor eramos grupo de 8 y nos buscarán mesa aún que estaba muy lleno. Los trabajadores muy agradables de buena cara y ayudando con ganas a todos lo que necesitamos o pedíamos. Se agradece personas así.
El buffet un poco pobre comida y cena pero desayuno muy bueno y completo. El precio tbien ha sido muy bajo.

El hotel está muy bien y muy bien ubicado. Es muy cómodo y se puede aparcar bien por la zona. Está a unos 25 min andando del centro de Denia
La comida no nos ha gustado nada...a excepción de los postres que eran muy buenos. El Chollo es bastante barato así que era de esperar. Aún así compensa, aunque comas fuera del hotel.

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, rincones sucios y con pelos. Toallas desgastadas con el uso, incluso rotas. El bufet es repetitivo y nulo para los celíacos, se limitan a ofrecer pan, magdalenas y croissant. Los camareros no tienen formación sobre los escasos productos sin gluten que ofrecen y tampoco sobre la contaminación cruzada. El todo incluido es un engaño, solo licores de marcas desconocidas y bebidas de grifo. Los Snack se limitan a patatas fritas y panchitos en plato pequeño.

El hotel está bien ubicado, se puede ir andando hasta el centro y hacer varias visitas turisticas sin depender del coche. El personal es amable. Las instalaciones estan en buen estado y limpias.
Algun colchón no es cómodo o esta a en mal estado. La calefacción estaba a tope para nuestro gusto y hacía calor. Había que revisar los platos, vasos, etc ..... Porque a veces no quedaban limpios.
