En cuanto al bono que nos incluía la reserva (tranvía ilimitado gratuito durante 24 horas, subida a los elevadores y paseo en barco) solo pudimos utilizar el tranvía porque el paseo en barco se canceló por tiempo atmosférico durante los 3 días de estancia, y los elevadores estaban cerrados.

La habitación estupenda, muy espaciosa y con gran armario. El baño más pequeño pero suficiente. El secador es potente. Te ponen albornoz y zapatillas. También un par de botellas de agua. El buffet desayuno variado y bueno. El personal muy atento y agradable. Se puede llegar al centro paseando por la avenida Liberdade, gran avenida con tiendas de lujo. The hotel is 30 minutes away from the city center. The tram offer couldn't be enjoyed because there's hardly enough time in one day to learn the tram routes and fully enjoy it. They should allow at least 2 days of tram to make up for the distance of the hotel from the center of Lisbon.

El hotel nos ha gustado mucho. El personal super amable. Había leído que en alguna opinión mencionaban a Néstor del buffet del desayuno y no es para menos, un señor amabilísimo con todo el mundo y muy detallista. La ubicación nos ha gustado, se puede ir caminando al centro y la calle es muy bonita. Las habitaciones estaban bastante nuevas, a pesar de no ser muy grandes. Repetiríamos en el mismo hotel si volviésemos a Lisboa.

Te dejan una botella de agua con vasos e incluso hay para hacerte un té. El baño grande y con toallas suficientes, shampoos, incluso albornoz y zapatillas para ir por dentro de la habitación. Todo muy limpio. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y es estilo buffet y había de todo muy variado. El personal fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotras.
