el hotel està bien, no és un hotel moderno, però si tiene todo lo necesario parar pasar alli un par de noches incluso más. Seguro que tienen mucha mas vida en verano que en invierno, ya que las instalaciones estan muy pensadas para familias con hijos (tienen pistas de juego de futbol i basquet i tambien pisicna i una sala enorme con juegos de bolas i otros elementos de ocio infantil).
Alejandra, la chica de la recepcion muy válida, super atenta y con ganas de ayudar en todo momento. Realmente a ella le daria una puntuacions de 10.
Nosotros no pudimos disfrutar de todos los servicios que el hotel permitia perquè eramos de los unicos huespedes y havian aprovechado para hacer mantenimiento.
Como no habia muchos clientes no havia servicio de comedor en el mismo hotel sino que te daban unos tiquets para poder comer en el bar/restaurante que se encuentra justo debajo dle hotel. Lo pongo en el apartado de cosas a mejorar però realment no implica nada, ya que los "jefes" del local te atienden perfectamente.

El parque de Dinopolis una pasada para nuestro peque de 8 años y para nosotros. Disfrutamos mucho en familia.
The heating was on full blast, without being able to adjust the radiators. Very strong drain smell in the room. The receptionist was not very helpful. On the last day, apparently because there were no guests in the hotel, many items were missing from the breakfast buffet, and the pastries were from the previous day, as well as the cold cuts (York ham) which tasted spoiled and couldn't be eaten. They do not have lactose-free milk.
La calfaccion a tope, sin poder regular los radiadores. Olor a desagüe muy fuerte en la habitación. La chica de recepción poco dispuesta. El ultimo día y al parecer porque no había huéspedes en el hotel en el desayuno buffet faltaban muchas cosas, y la bollería era del día anterior, al igual que el embutido (jamón York) que sabía a picado no se podía comer. No disponen de leche sin lactosa.

La cena está muy bien y el desayuno correcto. El parque de bolas es grande.
The pool is not heated, only covered. The extra bed's mattress sags a lot. At reception, they don't inform you about the ball pit or the pool, it's as if they didn't exist.
La piscina no está climatizada, solo cubierta. El somier de la cama supletoria se hunde mucho. En recepción no te informan ni del parque de bolas ni de la piscina, es como no existiera.

El Hotel para ir para pasar unas vacaciones pues como que no. Para ir al Dinopolis porque esta cerca y no tener que hacer el trayecto de ida y vuelta a casa si, bastante bien.

We had Half Board and dinner was in the bar downstairs. Having dishes like stew or knuckle for dinner is not the most appetizing. The evening menu they offered was the same as at noon, many dishes were no longer available, and the possibility of changing to something else only with an extra cost.
