El personal ha sido muy agradable en todo momento, de principio a fin de la estancia. Un hotel precioso y tranquilo.
La habitación era grande y cómoda, la única pega que le sacamos era que no había calefacción. Era aire acondicionado y pasamos un poquito de frío por la noche.
Por otro lado, por poner alguna pega, quizás el spa estaba un pelín descuidado. A la sauna le faltaban azulejos y algún pequeño detalle similar. No obstante, fue una experiencia para repetir y aconsejar sin lugar a dudas!!

Las habitaciones son enormes ,el personal encantador y el entorno mágico .

Hotel tranquilo y muy agradable. Bien situado para visitar la zona que es preciosa. La señorita de recepción y un señor encantadores.
En el segundo día de estancia decidimos cenar en el restaurante; la comida muy buena ,pero sólo había una señorita para servir las mesas y la pobre iba de un lado a otro super estresada. A pesar de eso su atención y servicio fue impecable ,siempre con una sonrisa.Era viernes así que había unas 10 - 12mesas para ella sola y con una distancia a la cocina considerable. Creo que la dirección del hotel debería tener en cuenta que en el fin de semana no es suficiente con una trabajadora y una persona más para servir sería lo justo. Mi aplauso para Maria,un encanto de mujer. SUBANLE EL SUELDO SE LO MERECE!!

Precioso entorno la situación del hotel, aparcamiento privado gratis, hotel y habitación muy acogedora. Habitación muy amplia con detalle de bienvenida y dos amplios ventanales con contraventanas interiores. Personal muy agradable, desayuno bueno (le falta zumo natural de naranja) y el spa muy completo, con albornoz en la habitación

La entrada a la habitación fué ESPECTACULAR. Era una habitación grande, nos pusieron las toallas con formas de cisne, formando un corazón, con pétalos y una cajita de bombones de bienvenida.
En realidad nos ha gustado todo.
El primer día, en el buffet libre de desayuno, había un camarero un poco despistado.
Le pedí leche sin lactosa, me la sacó la nevera y cuando le pedí calentarla me dijo que no tenía microondas. Lo comenté en recepción y enseguida me la calentaron. El camarero se disculpó porque no se acordaba que sí que tenian microondas en cocina.
Un despiste lo puede tener cualquiera.
Por el resto todo perfecto.
