Nos dieron una habitación familiar, las camas son muy cómodas y el cuarto de baño es amplio.
Pese a ir en régimen de todo incluido, el servicio de snacks era bastante escaso y los productos de calidad regular. En la comida no había gran variedad de platos. Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno.

Lo peor,no pudimos dormir en las 2 noches por unos grupos de chavales de unos equipos que estaban hospedados en el hotel (gritos y golpes en las puertas de las habitaciones de madrugada) pero para mí lo peor que no quise poner una reclamación por qué tenían mucho lío en recepción y me aconsejaron mandar un Mail al Hotel y que se lo pasarían a Dirección y a día de hoy todavía estoy esperando una respuesta

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca del pueblo "antiguo" de Torremolinos. Cogimos la opción de habitación con vistas al mar y fue todo un acierto.
A destacar la comida, muy variada y abundante. Y lo mejor ha sido el personal del hotel, muy profesional, amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Solo hemos tenido algún problema con la presion del agua en lavabo y ducha. El hotel estaba lleno y supongo que eso habrá influido.

Pedí 2 habitaciones para movilidad reducida y nos dieron 2 habitaciones donde las puertas del baño eran de 60 cm,las sillas de ruedas no entraban.
No pueden decir que es un hotel accesible porque no lo es.
Al día siguiente me cambiaron a otra habitación donde la puerta del baño era de 70, pero a mí amiga con el mismo problema no había cambio de habitación.
Necesitamos ayuda en el baño porque no había barandillas ni ducha adaptada.
We were charged 24 euros more for the Half Board drink and then we saw that no one controls that and people with drink bracelets not included, drank the same as others.
After what happened to us with the rooms we expected some detail or discount.

El hotel está bien pero hay que subir mucha cuesta para llegar a él, en el verano se pasa mucho calor supongo. La habitación y la comida muy bien, pero en el comedor y en la cafetería hacía frío. He estado en diciembre y nos tocaba una mesa al lado de la puerta porque más dentro estaba lleno, se notaban corrientes de aire y por eso no nos podíamos quitar el abrigo. La habitación con bañera en vez de ducha, para los mayores es incómodo, la verdad. Y los ascensores a veces tardaban porque tienen mucho ajetreo.
Poner más calefacción en el comedor. El aparcamiento al aire libre y 10 € se me hace caro.
