Hotel bien situado, habitaciones suficientemente amplias y gran balcón.
I stayed for five days and the lift didn’t work. We had to use the service lift for an entire building. Many days it wasn’t available because of high demand, so we had to walk up the stairs.
The hotel pool was too small for so many people. It opened at 10:30 in the morning and by 8:00 most sunbeds already had towels on them even though you weren’t allowed to reserve them.
The dining room was too small. Many days it was hard to find free tables. The buffet had little variety.
The room was clean on arrival. on the other days they only made the beds and changed the towels.
Estuve alojada 5 días y no funcionaba el ascensor. Tuvimos que utilizar el de servicio de limpieza para todo un edificio. Muchos días no se podía utilizar debido a la alta demanda y tocaba subir andando.
La piscina del hotel, demasiado pequeña para tanta gente. Se abría a las 10'30 de la mañana y a las 8 ya tenías la mayoría de las tumbonas con toallas encima cuando no se podían reservar tumbonas.
Comedor demasiado pequeño. Muchos días era complicado encontrar mesas libres. Buffet con poca variedad de comida.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy decepcionante. Llegamos alrededor de las 23:00, cansados, porque estabamos en Portaventura, y la tarjeta dejó de funcionar y no podíamos entrar en la habitación. Tras varios intentos y aproximadamente 40-45 minutos de espera, finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación, entrando casi una hora más tarde de lo previsto.

Por la tarde me he dado cuenta que no me han cobrado las tasas y me ido a la recepción para avisar para pagar, las tumbonas y las sillas de la pisina están permanente reservadas con toallas antes de empezar la jornada.
Los colchones eran cortos para mi y los pies se quedan fuera del colchón.
