El “hotel” totalmente una estafa. Lo único bueno que se puede decir es la chica del desayuno.
Fue desastroso. La habitación no es dentro del hotel, es un cuartucho a pie de calle con dos puertas de cristal sin ninguna ventana ni tipo de ventilación. Totalmente oscura, una luz que no alumbra nada. El baño igual, sin ventilación ninguna, la ducha es totalmente abierta!!! Cada vez que te duchabas inundabas toda la habitación, de hecho el suelo es de madera y estaba hasta negro. El espejo del baño súper oscuro. Cada vez que te duchabas había que dejar abiertas las puertas para que saliera la condensación de la ducha (que repito son de cristal y daban a la calle, o sea que todo el mundo que pasa te ve absolutamente todo dentro).
Por otro lado teníamos una arqueta donde se acumulaba un montón de agua en frente de la puerta de entrada, las máquinas de aire justo al lado de la habitación que hacían mucho ruido. Para desayunar tenías que ir a otro sitio independiente (que en verano no pasa nada, pero es que en invierno te empapas para ir a todas partes). El desayuno súper escueto, si no ibas de primero te quedabas sin las cosas porque literal había solo 3 de cada.
También te lo venden como que tiene spa 24 horas y piscina 24 horas… un chiste, porque lo único que tiene es una piscina interior SUCIA, con goteras y el agua CONGELADA!!!! Estaba casi igual de sucia que la piscina exterior.
Y en cuanto la limpieza.. el primer día vimos en las zonas comunes unas copas y un pocillo usado sucio, el día que nos fuimos eso seguía en el mismo sitio.
Por último recalcar que te lo venden como pet friendly y que avises para preparar la habitación para el perrito, pues que no os engañen, no tienen ni cama, ni cuencos ni nada.
Lo más triste es que seguramente se me olvida comentar algún otro detalle. Una estafa

Local agradável para ir com um tempo mais "convidativo" (fomos com chuva intensa). Áreas comuns separadas e com acesso pelo exterior. Cama agradável. Funcionários prestáveis e atenciosos.
Estive alojado no quarto 15 (não sei como são os outros), pequeno e com um problema fácil de resolver. A água do duche sai por baixo da porta e inunda o WC. A música ambiente está um pouco alta e houve-se no quarto. A piscina interior estava com níveis elevados de cloro (causava ardência nos olhos e irritação das mucosas).

This is by no means a 4-star accommodation. The SPA is not a SPA, it's just a small hot water pool, nothing more. We wanted to have a massage and it turns out the masseuse was on holiday during high season (August) and there was no one to replace him (incomprehensible). Small rooms, no WIFI, a 14” TV, no wardrobe, and lack of maintenance (broken bedside reading lamps, wooden floor warped by humidity, etc.). Also, no shower gel or anything at all. It's a shame because the place could be great but it leaves a lot to be desired.

Queríamos realizar algún masaje y resulta que el masajista estaba de vacaciones en temporada alta(agosto)y no había nadie q lo sustituyera (incomprensible).Habitaciones pequeñas, sin WIFI con una TV de 14” , sin armario y con falta de mantenimiento (lámparas lecturas cabezal cama rotas, suelo de madera deformado por humedad,etc).Además sin gel de baño ni nada de nada. Lo que mas me gusto fue la zona de piscina tanto interior como exterior
I would improve the dinner, because when I booked, I thought it was a buffet style, not a set menu based on purees for the first course and a second course. What I liked the least is that when I returned from doing an activity on my own, it was 5:00 and the room had not been cleaned. Hotel moderno y tranquilo ,nuestra habitación era amplia con dos accesos,desde el interior del hotel y desde la calle. El personal es muy amable .
El desayuno es es pequeño buffet más que suficiente ,hay dulce y salado y la estrella del desayuno es una máquina para hacerte tus propias tortitas; y las cenas son un menú cerrado , siempre te ofrecen un aperitivo ,una crema y después a elegir entre un plato de carne o uno de pescado y un postre ,en general todo bastante bueno.
The TV in the room is very small, and the open shower in the bathroom is a bad idea because everything gets flooded. As a suggestion, there is a game room that is beautiful but only has a chess and a parcheesi board. It would be more profitable to make use of that room by adding a pool table or a foosball table.
La televisión de la habitación es muy pequeña y en el baño la ducha sin mampara es una mala idea porque se inunda todo .
Y como sugerencia ,hay una sala de juegos que es preciosa pero no tiene más que un ajedrez y un parchís ,sacaría más provecho a esa sala ,colocando un mesa de billar o un futbolín.
