This is by no means a 4-star accommodation. The SPA is not a SPA, it's just a small hot water pool, nothing more. We wanted to have a massage and it turns out the masseuse was on holiday during high season (August) and there was no one to replace him (incomprehensible). Small rooms, no WIFI, a 14” TV, no wardrobe, and lack of maintenance (broken bedside reading lamps, wooden floor warped by humidity, etc.). Also, no shower gel or anything at all. It's a shame because the place could be great but it leaves a lot to be desired.

El SPA no es un SPA, es solo una pequeña piscina de agua caliente, nada más. Queríamos realizar algún masaje y resulta que el masajista estaba de vacaciones en temporada alta(agosto)y no había nadie q lo sustituyera (incomprensible).Habitaciones pequeñas, sin WIFI con una TV de 14” , sin armario y con falta de mantenimiento (lámparas lecturas cabezal cama rotas, suelo de madera deformado por humedad,etc).Además sin gel de baño ni nada de nada. Es una pena porque el lugar podría ser un sitio genial pero deja mucho que desear

Lo que mas me gusto fue la zona de piscina tanto interior como exterior
I would improve the dinner, because when I booked, I thought it was a buffet style, not a set menu based on purees for the first course and a second course. What I liked the least is that when I returned from doing an activity on my own, it was 5:00 and the room had not been cleaned. On the other hand, the breakfast hours are too early, we are on holiday and I don't like to wake up early, the ideal schedule for me is from 8:00 to 11:00; as for dinner time, we didn't like it too early, we like to have dinner around 10:30 or 11:00 at night when we are on a break.

Lo que menos me gusto es que yo llego de realizar actividad por mi cuenta y eran las 5:00 y la habitación sin arreglar. Por otro lado los horario de desayuno moi pronto, estamos de vacaciones y no me gusta madrugar, el horario ideal para mi es de 8:00 a 11;00, en el horario de cena para no nos gusto demasiado pronto a nosotros nos gusta cenar entre las 10:30 o 11:00 de la noche cuando estamos de desconexión

Hotel moderno y tranquilo ,nuestra habitación era amplia con dos accesos,desde el interior del hotel y desde la calle. El personal es muy amable .
El desayuno es es pequeño buffet más que suficiente ,hay dulce y salado y la estrella del desayuno es una máquina para hacerte tus propias tortitas; y las cenas son un menú cerrado , siempre te ofrecen un aperitivo ,una crema y después a elegir entre un plato de carne o uno de pescado y un postre ,en general todo bastante bueno.
The TV in the room is very small, and the open shower in the bathroom is a bad idea because everything gets flooded. As a suggestion, there is a game room that is beautiful but only has a chess and a parcheesi board. It would be more profitable to make use of that room by adding a pool table or a foosball table.
La televisión de la habitación es muy pequeña y en el baño la ducha sin mampara es una mala idea porque se inunda todo .
Y como sugerencia ,hay una sala de juegos que es preciosa pero no tiene más que un ajedrez y un parchís ,sacaría más provecho a esa sala ,colocando un mesa de billar o un futbolín.

Todo perfecto. El hotel tiene mucho encanto, apartado de todo, lo que te da una tranquilidad absoluta pero la posibilidad de estar en Oporto en 20min. Está muy bien cuidado, muy nuevo y muy limpio (tanto las instalaciones como las habitaciones), todo el hotel huele de maravilla.
El personal es muy amable, siempre pendientes de que todo esté bien.
Parking gratuito.
Piscina abierta 24h es una maravilla con el agua calentita.
Teníamos media pensión, el desayuno muy bien pero las cenas estaban genial (los postres caseros han sido de los mejores que habíamos probado nunca).
Muy Muy Recomendable!!!

On Half Board, dinners are poor, the products are repeated and there is no variety. We stayed for 3 nights and the first course was the same every night, and the second course was the same for 2 nights, the second night reheated from the previous day and dry, and the third night they changed to chicken. Water costs 3.50€ per bottle, take note, and the cheapest wine is 12€. Needs improvement.
En régimen de media pensión, las cenas son pobres, los productos se repiten y no hay ningún tipo de variedad. Estuvimos 3 noches y el primer plato fue el mismo las 3 noches, y el segundo, 2 noches fue lo mismo, la segunda recalentado del día anterior y seco, y la tercera cambiaron a a pollo. El agua a 3,50€ la botella, ojo al dato, y el vino mas barato 12€. A mejorar.
