Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: they travel FREE sharing bed with 2 adults and in Room Only.
- This deal only has rooms, studios or double apartments so there are no discounts for children.

How your PortAventura tickets work

If your stay is 1 or 2 nights, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- You can use your tickets on any day of your stay.
- As you only have 1 entrance day, you’ll need to visit both parks on the same day.

If your stay is 3 nights or more, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land + 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park.
- The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:
- Day 1: access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land.
- Day 2: access to PortAventura® Park.
- It is not possible to change this order.
- You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay – once you enter the park the first day, your second day is automatically the following one.
- If you don’t use the 2nd day, no refund is possible.

When you check in at the hotel, you’ll receive your tickets.
- Want to go to the park on your arrival day? Even if your room isn’t ready until the afternoon, you can go to reception first thing in the morning to collect your tickets.

Está bien el apartamento dónde te alojas
The bus service said that it was until 00:30 on Saturday 1st and in the 00:00h bus we had to enter all the two hotels super tight, almost without being able to move.
On the other hand, we asked both the reception staff and the dining room staff if they could change our dinner on Saturday and make it on Sunday lunch, they said yes and on Sunday they told us that they were going to close and that they were not going to feed us. Therefore, we lost the Half Board for one day.
El servicio de autobús ponía que era hasta las 00:30 el sábado día 1 y en el autobús de las 00:00h tuvimos que entrar todos los de dos hoteles súper apretados, casi sin poder movernos.
Por otro lado, preguntamos tanto al personal de recepción cómo al del comedor si podían cambiarnos la cena del sábado y hacerla en la comida del domingo, nos dijeron que sí y el domingo nos dijeron que iban a cerrar y que no nos iban a dar de comer. Por tanto, perdimos la media pensión de un día.

En las camas solamente hay sabanas no hay ni edredon, ni colcha ni manta ni tampoco ninguna almohada extra.
