How your PortAventura tickets work

If your stay is 1 or 2 nights, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- You can use your tickets on any day of your stay.
- As you only have 1 entrance day, you’ll need to visit both parks on the same day.

If your stay is 3 nights or more, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land + 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park.
- The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:
- Day 1: access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land.
- Day 2: access to PortAventura® Park.
- It is not possible to change this order.
- You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay – once you enter the park the first day, your second day is automatically the following one.
- If you don’t use the 2nd day, no refund is possible.
- The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:

Poor service at reception: a heavy downpour caused the panoramic lifts to be out of service for several days and nobody told us there was an additional lift we could use. We only found out from a very kind chambermaid we met in the corridor on our floor, as my wife was having a lot of trouble going up and down the stairs because of knee problems.

I would like to file a complaint regarding our experience during our visit to PortAventura.
During our stay, the weather conditions, with heavy rain and an orange storm warning, meant we could not enjoy a large part of the facilities and attractions that we had paid for. In particular, we were unable to visit Ferrari Land, so we consider it reasonable to be offered some form of compensation, either a full or partial refund of the ticket price or, at least, tickets to visit Ferrari Land on another occasion.
In addition, we wish to record another problem that occurred at the end of our visit. The hotel offered a return bus service, but the bus did not turn up and we were not provided with an alternative solution. As a result, we had to walk back in adverse weather conditions while an orange weather warning was in force. We consider this situation particularly worrying, as we relied on the hotel’s transport service to return safely.
For all these reasons, we request that our case be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be offered both for the part of the visit we were unable to enjoy due to the weather and for the inconvenience and lack of return transport service.
We look forward to a response and a resolution from the hotel.
Quiero presentar una reclamación en relación con nuestra experiencia durante la visita a PortAventura.
Durante nuestra estancia, las condiciones meteorológicas, con lluvia intensa y una alerta naranja por temporal, hicieron que no pudiéramos disfrutar de gran parte de las instalaciones y atracciones que habíamos pagado. En especial, no hemos podido disfrutar de Ferrari Land, por lo que consideramos que sería razonable que se nos ofreciera algún tipo de compensación, ya sea mediante la devolución total o parcial del importe de las entradas o, al menos, mediante entradas para poder visitar Ferrari Land en otra ocasión.
Además, queremos dejar constancia de otro problema ocurrido al finalizar nuestra visita. El hotel ofrecía un servicio de autobús de vuelta, pero finalmente el autobús no apareció y no recibimos una solución alternativa. Como consecuencia, tuvimos que realizar el trayecto andando bajo unas condiciones meteorológicas adversas y mientras estaba activa una alerta naranja por fenómenos meteorológicos. Consideramos que esta situación es especialmente preocupante, ya que confiábamos en el servicio de transporte ofrecido por el hotel para regresar con seguridad.
Por todo ello, solicitamos que se revise nuestra situación y se nos ofrezca una compensación adecuada tanto por la parte de la visita que no hemos podido disfrutar debido a las condiciones meteorológicas como por el inconveniente y la falta de servicio de transporte de vuelta.
Quedamos a la espera de una respuesta y de una solución por parte del hotel.
