El señor director del hotel dice que el seguro del hotel no se hace cargo de lo ocurrido porque he sido yo que le he dado.las chicas de recepción,que por cierto se portaron muy bien, intentaron hablar con el, pero este señor no hace caso por que se va de vacaciones.me dio ha demostrar lo poco profesional que fue en ése momento por no tener la amabilidad en ése momento de ponerse en contacto conmigo para darme las explicaciones del seguro personalmente.puse una reclamación,y todavía no he tenido contestación . espero tener contestación pronto.si alguien tiene pensado de reservar el parking,que se lo piense antes de nada, porque es muy complicado estacionar.tambien decir que no me quisieron cobrar los tres días que tuve el coche durmiendo en el parking en contra de mi voluntad que en ningún momento me negué a pagar.y or cierto nada barato,16€diarios.
