Nos ha encantado todo, la comida muy buena para ser un buffet, el personal muy atento en todo momento, las instalaciones muy bonitas, lástima que no hiciera mejor clima para disfrutar la terraza espectacular que tenían
El parking deja mucho que desear, al entrar y salir mi coche rozaba y al salir las ruedas derrapaban (no me había pasado nunca) la verdad es que se encontraba en muy mal estado, chocaba mucho cuando salías del parking y entrabas al hotel

Trato del personal de recepción cuando ven que tienes una reserva desde buscaunchollo.com. parece que no les siente bien que no hayas reservado directamente con ellos. Trato muy mejorable, te hacen sentir como un huésped de segunda.

Las mejoras esque las están haciendo con todo lleno de clientes con lo cual es una locura todo la zona de piscina sin acabar todos los obreros danzando por el hotel lo que se vende aún no está terminado pero la estancia te la cobran igual que si estuviera acabado
