Buenas instalaciones, desayuno y actividades extras fueron aceptables aunque la cata estaba muy lejos del hotel.
El hotel se encuentra a 35 minutos andando del centro, no es una buena ubicación.
Los recepcionistas del hotel son fríos y te despachan enseguida, tuve que explicar varias veces a la recepcionista que no podía sacar el coche del parking porque el ticket me daba como que estaba pendiente de pago continuamente. Me quitó el ticket de la mano de forma brusca, ¿tan difícil era simplemente pedírmelo?
Luego, a la hora de pagarlo, ni siquiera verificaron el ticket para comprobar cuánto tiempo usé el parking. Podría haber dicho que solo un día y hubiera funcionado.
