No pudimos mantener conversaciones estando en la misma mesa porque no nos escuchábamos. Reclamamos a recepción del resort insistentemente pero no nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de solución y careciendo de responsabilidad además de afirmar que habíamos ido al resort sabiendo la situación. No hubo ningún responsable en toda nuestra estancia. Una gran decepción. Añadir que los colchones están hechos polvo en las cabañas Mediterranean suite. Están acumulando reclamaciones.
