Ferry
Your Mallorca adventure starts on board
Your departure: choose between Barcelona or Valencia. During the booking process, you’ll be able to check the available ferry schedules and select the accommodation option that best suits your trip.
- We recommend arriving at the port at least 2 hours before departure.
- Overnight crossing: make the most of the journey by travelling overnight and waking up with the first views of Mallorca at sunrise.
- Arrival on the island: the ferry arrives in the morning. Please note that hotel check-in will be available from midday onwards.
Information about the ferry company
- The ferry crossing is usually operated by Trasmed.
- However, for operational reasons, the route may also be operated by GNV, another company covering the same route.
- The final ferry operator will be confirmed directly at the port on the day of departure.
- This will not affect your booking or the services included. The ferry company may simply assign the vessel according to operational needs to ensure the crossing operates smoothly.
When does your board basis start?
- If you book a meal plan, it will always begin at the accommodation.
- Please note that meals are not included on the ferry.
Optional extra services
- During the booking process, you will have the option to add vehicle transport on the ferry for both the outbound and return journeys.
If you're travelling in a cabin...
- Cabins may have 1 or 2 bunks, depending on the booking’s occupancy; they can accommodate up to 4 people and feature a private bathroom with a shower.
- The cabin is private, meaning you’ll only share it with the people in your booking.
Cabin Layout:
- If your booking includes 4 people or fewer, you’ll share a single cabin. * If you’d like to have two cabins, you can contact us here and we’ll check for availability.
- If there are more than 4 people in your group, multiple cabins will be assigned based on the maximum capacity.
Important information about mandatory port taxes
Please note that the ferry price does not include mandatory port taxes, which must be paid separately.

- Car (tourism vehicle): €4.50 per vehicle
- Van: €9.00 per vehicle

When completing your booking, enter the first and last names of every traveller exactly as they appear on the passport or other valid travel document (confirm with your embassy if needed). This step is essential to ensure your travel documents are issued correctly and without delays.

Start this process early, as certain procedures may take time.
- How will you receive your travel documents?
Your final travel documents will be sent by email up to 48 hours before departure, printing them is mandatory.

The rooms are very small, the buffet food is terrible and it isn’t Spanish cuisine. Also, the All-Inclusive consists of soft drinks from a machine and the pastries and other items they leave out are just leftovers from the meals.

El trato del personal bien menos de una mujer con el pelo corto de color creo que gris, le pedimos que por favor nos limpiara una mesa y después de 3 veces decírselo con mala cara y súper borde nos dijo que ya lo hacía ella, entiendo que sea estresante pero que no lo pague con los comensales. El barrio da un poco de miedo la verdad, es bastante sucio y podría decir incluso peligroso. Sinceramente búscate otro hotel porque por un poquito más lo vas a disfrutar mejor. Aparte el todo incluido son refrescos de máquina y los bollos y cosas que te dejan son lo que sobran de las comidas etc.
