A localização do hotel, a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. O Spa sem limite de utilização.
Tivemos um percalço com a disponibilidade de água quente nos banhos que foi justificada com uma avaria. A reposição nos pequenos almoços funcionou sempre por reação nos nossos pedidos. Não repunham quando terminava algo o que demorava algum tempo.

A lot of musty smell in my room.
The jacuzzi at the spa was not working (too hot, risking burns for the customers), explaining to us that they had problems with the thermostat (in which case it should have been closed).

The spa is an added value but it shouldn't be the end of the visit to this hotel as it consists of a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a very limited Turkish bath.
