En términos generales es bastante completo el hotel (son 4 estrellas), pero dos cosas que deberían evitar y resolver en el hotel: 1) Que el ascensor funcione, que en los días que fuimos estaba estropeado, y esto para una persona, como mi mujer, con inconvenientes físicos , es un verdadero problema. 2) Suponemos, algún que otro jacuzzi y balneario hemos ido, el agua de todo estaba bastante “fresquita”.

A localização do hotel, a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. O Spa sem limite de utilização.
Tivemos um percalço com a disponibilidade de água quente nos banhos que foi justificada com uma avaria. A reposição nos pequenos almoços funcionou sempre por reação nos nossos pedidos. Não repunham quando terminava algo o que demorava algum tempo.

A lot of musty smell in my room.
The jacuzzi at the spa was not working (too hot, risking burns for the customers), explaining to us that they had problems with the thermostat (in which case it should have been closed).
Mucho olor a humedad en mi habitación.
En el spa no funcionaba el jacuzzi (demasiado caliente exponiendose a que los clientes tuvieran quemaduras ), explicandonos que tenían problemas con el termostato (en cuyo caso debería haber estado cerrado)
