Comida buena, variada, y la atención del personal ha sido excelente. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de Arinsal, nos nevo los últimos días y una maravilla.
Parking exterior y gratuito, el día que nevó tanto el hotel te proporcionaba palas e intentaba con un quitanieves retira toda la nieve ayudar en lo posible.
Algunos días en la noche había animación con un grupo de música o un mago.
Calidad precio muy bien.
No podría decir nada. Si es verdad que las habitaciones se ven un poco viejas pero para el precio sería ridículo quejarse por todo lo positivo que tiene.

El hotel está muy cerca de las pistas de Arinsal y con aparcamiento grande. El bus para ir a Andorra para muy cerca de la entrada y es muy cómodo para no tener que mover el coche. El hotel es grande y confortable. La comida y el servicio, así como el personal, impecables. La celebración de la Nochevieja allí de 10.
Mejorar la calefacción, sobre todo en el baño, por lo menos en la habitación donde nos alojamos, no sé en el resto de las habitaciones.

Empezando con el personal, un 10, desde la recepción hasta el personal del restaurante/sala. La comida muy buena y variada y mucha atención para que no faltara de nada. Para moverte por la ciudad o a alguna estación de esquís, no hace falta mover el coche . Hay autobuses gratuitos o de pago a pocos metros del hotel .
Se podrían mejorar un poco las habitaciones.

Personal del hotel muy amable, intentan ayudar en todo lo posible. Tienen detalles como tener café, leche y agua caliente. Comida nada espectacular pero todo correcto, muy bien. Habitación amplia.
