If you travel until November 1st:

- Children from 6 to 12 years old: travel with a 50% discount. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
If you travel from December 4th:
- Babies from 0 to 1.99 years old: travel FREE, always sharing bed with 2 adults or in a crib.
- Children aged 2 to 12: travel with a 50% discount. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Free Snowshoeing Adventures in Andorra
When the days grow longer and snow still blankets the high mountain landscapes, it’s the perfect time to discover Andorra from a new perspective. Walk across untouched snow, breathe in pure mountain air and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views in total silence.
How does the activity work?
- Join a guided snowshoeing tour through some of the most spectacular natural spots in Andorra.
- The activity is available from March 2nd onwards.
- Book your preferred session directly at the hotel reception and check available time slots there.
- The activity is free of charge. You only need to pay the mandatory accident insurance (€3.30) at the reception.
- Routes take place in stunning natural settings such as:
- Sorteny Valley Natural Park
- Lake of Pessons
- Abelletes
- Incles Valley
- or similar locations
It’s the ideal way to experience the mountains differently, immersed in nature and surrounded by unforgettable scenery.
When can you join?
- Snowshoeing outings are available from March 2nd onwards.
- They usually take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Specific days are confirmed weekly and may vary depending on organization and weather conditions.
- Choose between:
- Morning session: 10:00 – 13:00
- Afternoon session: 15:00 – 18:00
What’s included?
Snowshoes, poles and a specialized mountain guide are all included.
What to bring (mandatory)
You must bring gloves, hat, sunglasses, warm clothing, water and proper mountain footwear. Sneakers and street shoes are not allowed.
Important: Transportation to the starting point is not included and must be arranged at your own expense.

Algo a mejorar con todo respeto, son el tamaño de las camas que se quedan muy cortas, mi pareja mide 1,85 y se le queda los pies fuera de la cama lo que se hace incómodo, también mejorar un poco las cosas de mantenimiento como las duchas que es mi tercera vez, pero las dos últimas veces lo que es la ducha se nos caía casi encima. por lo demás todo bien ordenador limpio. :)

La única queja por llamarlo de alguna manera es que me dijisteis vosotros que no había habitación normal y tuve que pagar un suplemento por la habitación superior después cuando llego allí me dan una habitación digamos normal por no decir menos resulta que ni tenía terraza ni tenía balcón ni tenía otros no sé entonces yo no considero que sea superior para un cuatro estrellas se quedaba muy justa y para un cuatro estrellas superior justa no es la palabra se quedaba muy por debajo del de lo que se supone que es por otra parte estaba limpio buen servicio y y la cocina decente no muy variada pero lo quedaban. Bueno limpieza bien pero ya te digo habitación muy justa para ser un cuatro estrellas. Gracias

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia, el hotel dispone de muchas comodidades para que te sientas como en casa. Tienen una máquina quita nieves para ayudarte a quitar la nieve del parking y también te dejan unas palas. Tanto el desayuno como la cena, fue rico y variado. Tienen un spa el cual no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar, pero queda para la próxima.
Destaco también la amabilidad del personal y como hicieron que estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento. Hay un bus lanzadera en la puerta, pero no sabemos bien cómo funciona ya que no lo hicimos servir. Un 10 de estancia, muy recomendable!!
El hotel se está reformando y modernizando, tienen algunas habitaciones que aún son un poco más antiguas y otras que ya tienen la reforma hecha.

Lo mejor del hotel: Las vistas, una maravilla. El personal es muy amable pero no fue capaz de llamarles la atención como deberían a los profesores de los adolescentes que estuvieron alojados también por estos días y que no paraban de correr, gritar, dar portazos hasta las tantas de la noche. Nunca exijo demasiado porque sé que no dejan de ser "chollos" y muchas veces hay que "sufrir" según qué cosas; pero es que esta fue de las peores experiencias que tuve en hoteles y descanso. Tenemos un niño de 3 años que no podía conciliar el sueño por los portazos que daban, avisamos a recepción 3 veces y otras 2 nos encontramos con un chico del hotel que intentaba ayudar a abrir una de las puertas de las habitaciones de enfrente de la nuestra, estaba junto a una mujer que no sé si sería la profesora o no, pero no paraba de decir (ella) que YA estaba todo solucionado! pero no era cierto, solo había que estar en nuestra habitación 10min después para darse cuenta de ello.
La manera de manejar sus reservas, si reservan a muchos niños, adolescentes o jóvenes juntos, pues que los pongan a todos en un mismo bloque junto a sus profesores y/o tutores para que los puedan controlar mejor.

Hemos ido con niños, y nos ha encantado, al tener en el mismo hotel montaña, hemos podido tirarnos por el trineo con la nieve, sin tener que desplazarnos a buscar sitios donde poder tirarnos. La comida, no hay mucha variedad, pero todo muy rico. Sin duda volveremos, lo recomiendo.
Por poner un pero, diría que le falta una reforma a los cuartos de baño.
