Ferry
What options do I have to travel on the ferry?
- For this deal we have departures from Barcelona.
- During the ferry ride you will travel in an armchair.
Important information about the ferry holiday:
- The outbound holiday is overnight, so you will board and spend the first night on the ferry, you will arrive on the island in the morning.
- Therefore, you will be able to check-in at noon. Until then you will not have a room or facilities where you can rest, keep this in mind for your organization.
- You will be able to see the approximate ferry schedules during the booking process.
- We recommend you to be at the port 2 hours before the departure of the ferry, both for the outward and the return holiday.
- Along with your travel documents, we will give you all the details about the port of arrival and departure.
- No meals are included during the ferry holiday.

- In the booking process, you will have the option to add the transportation of your vehicle inside the ship (both for the outward and the return).
How does the meal plan work?
- In case you hire any dietary regime, it will always start at the accommodation. Please note that meals are not included on the boat.
- We tell you how the order of meals works, depending on the offer and what you choose.
- If your booking is in Bed & Breakfast: you will start with Breakfast the next day.
- If your booking is in Half Board: you will start with the dinner of the first day.
- If your booking is Full Board: you will start with lunch on the first day.
- If your booking is All-Inclusive: you will start with the lunch of the first day.

Water park opening hours
- From 09:30 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 19:15.
- Closed on Wednesday mornings for maintenance.
- Opening times may vary throughout the season; please check the updated information on arrival.
Important! Both the swimming pools and the water park are scheduled to be open from 1 April to 31 October.

How to Make a Booking
Reservation details
When booking, please enter the first and last names of all travellers exactly as they appear on their ID. This ensures your travel documents are issued correctly.
What do you need to travel?
If you are a Spanish national:
- You must carry a valid ID card (DNI) for the entire trip. It must not expire during your stay.
- Travelling with children? Children under 14 may travel without an ID card, but a birth certificate or family book is required.
If you have another nationality:
- You must consult your embassy and the embassy of the destination country to confirm required documents. The NIE is not valid for travel.
- Please do this in advance, as some procedures may take time.
How does the documentation work?
You will receive the final travel documents by email up to 48 hours before departure. Printing them is mandatory.
At the port, you must present the printed documents along with the ID of all passengers. Without them, boarding will not be allowed.

La ubicación, el sitio es precioso.
El interior del hotel es lo más parecido a un hospital de los años 70....no me ha gustado nada. Nada acogedor...le hace falta una reforme. En cuanto a la animación hay q saber inglés e italiano si no, no te enteras de nada.... tampoco hay mucho dónde ir...así q prontito a dormir

Muy positivas fueron: las vistas y la playa en sí (de acceso directo), larga y tranquila... muy familiar, de arena fina y aguas cristalinas.
Que hubiera zonas de sombra alrededor de las piscinas y hamacas suficientes.
La ducha al salir de la playa para limpiarte y refrescarte.
La animación prevista para el día en horario casi contínuo.
El horario del supermercado.
Y espectacular el trato recibido por parte del servicio.
El hotel está anticuado y poco cuidado (pestillos que no funcionan del todo bien, madera puertas roída, cajones atascados, solo tienen una tarjeta por habitación porque no es electrónica, ascensores lentos, etc...).
Respecto a la habitación además, decir que, no hay enchufes cerca de la cama, solo en frente (debajo de la tv y bajo el escritorio), en frente del water estaba en mi caso el bidet, ¡no entraba!, me pegaban las piernas y eso que soy delgada y de estatura media...
El camino a la playa olía bastante mal/fuerte como a pozo séptico (puede que estuviera ahí la depuradora)
Los horarios están en mi opinión, para extranjeros, terminan el servicio de comidas demasiado temprano y el buffett deja bastante que desear en cuanto a variedad y calidad... ¡pero bastante!
Me pareció bastante miserable no disponer de jarras o algún sistema en mesa de servir bebida. En cambio hay que levantarse constantemente a por la bebida, todo de máquinas expendedoras (en todo el hotel te sirves de éstas), no te sirven nada.
Las funciones encima son en inglés o en italiano por ejemplo, vamos... que no me sentí muy integtada, ni lo disfruté en demasía.

La cala que tenía la playa
No me a gustado que está todo ambientado a niños y familias, que la calidad de la comida deja bastante que desear... Que los trabajadores dan la imagen que están dictados al extranjero y todo es en inglés y todo se dirigen a ti en otro idioma al igual que los shows nocturnos y las actividades de piscina o de entretenimiento está todo en inglés, por ejemplo como hablan los cantantes al público o sin ir más lejos el músical de Peter Pan (todo en inglés) o el espectáculo de magia que al igual todo en inglés, para mí hotel nada recomendable.

Leon es el chico que informa de las excursiones en el hotel, es una majisima persona y aconseja fenomenal, las personas que vayan que no duden en pedirle consejos y sugerencias para sus visitas.
Lo único que no nos ha gustado es la habitación, es la más pequeña en la que he estado, no sabíamos ni cómo poner las maletas en el suelo para no tropezarnos.
Nunca me había pasado que no tendría nevera la habitación, es la primera vez, se tenía que contratar y te cobraban un extra.
