El hotel en si esta bien, alejado del centro aunque en media hora se llega andando. Las habitaciones estan bien.
La parte de restaurante… terrorifica. Tienen un mismo menu de 3 platos a elegir tanto para comer como para cenar durante UNA SEMANA! Quien se aloje con media pension se vera comiendo lo mismo cada dia… y si al menos estuviera bueno… pero es un desastre de cocina, platos sosos, insulsos y con muy poca gana de hacerlo bien.
Para un hotel de 4 estrellas, creo que se están equivocando con ese servicio.
El arroz con setas…. Juzguen la foto… increible que no sirven ni lo que ponen.

El servicio es bueno, la habitación es grande.
The TV did not have any smart TV apps, the beds were single and uncomfortable, the weekend menu is the same for all three days, not worth paying for the buffet if you're going on a holiday.

The mattresses are very uncomfortable, spring, super hard, low-end made for hotels, it seems unbelievable that the most important thing in a hotel, which is to rest well, here in Spain most chains have these mattresses made for hotels, when it should be the other way around. Nowadays, the minimum should be a good viscoelastic mattress, firm but adaptable, so that everyone can rest well, abroad this is basic, especially in chains of 4 stars and up,,,and I'm not even talking about having a pillow menu...if I can't rest and sleep well, why come to the hotel?
It was very hot in the room, it couldn't be regulated, we had to open the window at night and not even then...it was a terrible night, to forget...we won't be back
It is very far from the center, but there is a bus, the 2, that takes you to the historic area in a short time.
Los colchones son incomodísimos, de muelles, super duros, de gama baja hechos para hotel,parece mentira que lo más importante de un hotel, que es descansar bien, aquí en España la mayoría de cadenas tengan estos colchones hechos para hotel, cuando tendría que ser al revés. Hoy fia, el mínimo es un buen colchón viscolástico, firme pero adaptable, para que todo el mundo ueda descansar bien, en el extranjero esto es básico, y más en cadenas y de 4 estrellas para arriba,,,y ya no hablo de tener carta de almohada...si no puedo descansar y dormir bien, para que venir al hotel?
Hacia muchísimo calor en la habitación, no se podía regular, tuvimos que abrir la ventana por la noche y ni así...fue una noche terrible, para olvidar...no volveremos
Está muy lejos del centro, eso sí, hay un autobús, el 2, que te deja junto a la zona histórica en poco rato.
