Buffet muy completo. Buena cocina. La piscina excepcional. El spa normalito, pero suficiente. Chiringuito en la piscina para refrescos, helados, bocadillos... El personal muy amable y educado. Hablan la mayoría español, fácil de entender. Servicio gratuito de parking cubierto y cerrado.
Está lejos de la ciudad. Las camas paupérrimas y el baño incompleto y con numerosos desperfectos. La carta de comidas escasa y cara. Lejos de ser un 4 estrellas.

La atención del personal en recepción y otras instalaciones como la piscina.
Estuvimos tres Dias en los cuales uno de ellos no nos hicieron la habitación, a pesar de que vimos a las limpiadoras pasar En frente de la habitación y con el pase de "hagan la habitación colgado del pomo".
El spa en concreto la sauna y el baño turco lo apagaron antes de hora. Personal muy pobre los mismos camareros para diversas funciones.

El paisaje y donde está ubicado el hotel está muy bien, una zona muy bonita.
El hotel en general (habitaciones, spa, piscina,...) poco cuidado, limpieza escasa, NO ES CATEGORIA DE 4 ESTRELLAS!. La comida escasa y poca variedad. Poco personal. Hotel no habilitado para NIÑOS!! Tuvimos que pedir que cocinasen para niños pues el tipo de comida no era apropiada para las edades que íbamos (7-13). El Spa y el gimnasio lo abrían a las 10.00 de la mañana y cerraban a las 20.00 de la tarde!!, eso no puede ser uno hace gimnasia cuando se levanta a primera hora y al spa a última hora del día cuando vienes de visitar la ciudad, no entendíamos muy bien estos horarios. Poco flexibles.

Había hormigas en el baño de la habitación. Por eso nos cambiaron a la única habitación disponible, que teóricamente estaba adaptada a personas con movilidad reducida. Eso implicó que la ducha no tuviese ni una mínima cortina, por lo que tuvimos el baño encharcado a todas horas. Ducha muy mal adaptada.
Por otro lado, el wifi no funcionaba bien ni en las habitaciones ni en las zonas comunes.
El spa tirando a malo. El jacuzzi apenas burbujeaba el agua.
Las instalaciones de la habitación bastante viejas y la moqueta sucia.
En el restaurante, tardaban bastante tiempo en reponer la comida que se terminaba en el buffet.
En absoluto es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Una mala experiencia, nada recomendable.

La comida variada y de calidad.
Localizacion maravillosa.
La recepción falta de información sobre sitio turísticos de la zona.
Limpieza de habitaciones pesima, debido a que no la limpiraron ningun día, solo hacian las camas.
Servicio de piscina climatizada, suana y baño turco, no habia.
Gimnasio malas condiciones, maquinas en mal estado y sin ventilación la sala.
Campo de fultbol falta de mantenimiento.
Sin conexión wifi en todo el hotel, se cortaba continuamente.
