El spa esta la mitad fuera de servicio.
La comida es un desastre. Sacan la comida por cocer y la calidad es pésima. Estuve mala dos días del estómago. Y
Decidimos ir a comer fuera y perder el dinero.
El descanso allí es imposible. Las puertas no tienen freno y no se paran de oír portazos. Por la mañana es desesperante. Pero ni a mediodía podíamos descansar.

Para colmo pones una reclamación a busco un chollo y tienen la desfachatez de responder el hotel que todo es mentira y después de hablar con un responsable se ha certificado que era todo verdad. Así que si no único que se salvaba era el personal. Después de esta falta de honestidad pierden todo buen criterio que tenía sobre ellos.
Hemos perdido dos días de vacaciones, salud y dinero. Más el tiempo con las reclamaciones que no han servido para nada.
Podría seguir. Pero creo que no pierdo más tiempo con ellos.

Hotel muy bonito, acogedor, con personal muy agradable y amable. Habitaciones correctas, limpias y baños reformados ya hace algún tiempo. Bonitas vistas al mar desde el balcón de la habitación
Nos encantó el servicio de animación y todo el mobiliario y exterior. Especial atención merece la terraza “360” con vistas fantásticas. Muy recomendable.
