The main areas and the pool are also quite good and pleasant, although during my stay I found them lacking atmosphere and I thought the opening hours were too limited, as they closed quite early. The size was fine, but it felt a bit worn, the bed was quite uncomfortable and hard, and there were some signs of damp on the ceiling. The cleaning was adequate, though it seemed a little superficial to me. The staff, in general, seemed rather curt and distant, which also affects the experience when you’re on holiday. Another clearly improvable issue is the lift. During my stay there was only one available and it was quite old and slow, so at certain times you had to wait a long time. Regarding sleep, despite the hardness of the bed I was able to sleep well and didn’t have major noise problems. In terms of value for money I think it’s reasonable, but personally I didn’t feel like I was in a 4-star hotel. Overall I’d give it a 6/10. The food and the main areas are its strong points, but the rooms, maintenance, the lift and the staff’s service mean there are several aspects that should be improved in my opinion.

En cuanto al descanso, a pesar de la dureza de la cama, pude dormir bien y no tuve problemas importantes de ruido.
