- With this ticket you can get on and off the boat as many times as you want.

Please note that you must activate your voucher by showing it at the cruise ticket office at the South-Southeast Station in Terreiro do Paço (located in Praça do Comércio and open from 09h to 18h).

You can start the activity in 2 different locations, but we recommend you to start at the South-Southeast Station in Terreiro do Paço, as it is the most central point!
The 2 available starting points are:
- South-Southeast Station in Terreiro do Paço.
- Departures: at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
- Embarcadero da princessa, near the Belém Tower
- Departures: at 12:00h, 15:00h and 17:00h.
Please note that, in low season, departures are only on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Elevators
With this deal you also have access to the following elevators: Santa Justa, Bica and Lavra elevators. Below we explain the schedules of the elevators:
- Santa Justa Elevator: 09:00h to 21:00h (from November to April) and from 09:00h to 23:00hh (from May to October).
- Bica elevator: from 09:00h to 21:00h.
- Lavra elevator: from 07:00h to 19:55h.
Streetcar ticket
Don't forget that you have a streetcar ticket included: we recommend you to take streetcar number 28, as it is the only one that connects almost all the most famous places in Lisbon.

The hotel is 30 minutes away from the city center. The tram offer couldn't be enjoyed because there's hardly enough time in one day to learn the tram routes and fully enjoy it. They should allow at least 2 days of tram to make up for the distance of the hotel from the center of Lisbon.

El hotel nos ha gustado mucho. El personal super amable. Había leído que en alguna opinión mencionaban a Néstor del buffet del desayuno y no es para menos, un señor amabilísimo con todo el mundo y muy detallista. La ubicación nos ha gustado, se puede ir caminando al centro y la calle es muy bonita. Las habitaciones estaban bastante nuevas, a pesar de no ser muy grandes. Repetiríamos en el mismo hotel si volviésemos a Lisboa.
