situated away from the city. you can really disconnect and enjoy the views. the rooms are very nice, it should really be 4 stars hotel. would for sure recommend and come back of an opportunity arise

El personal de recepción y el de limpieza fueron amables, se proporcionó aparcamiento y las habitaciones estaban limpias y calentitas.
Desayuno : La tostadora no funcionaba bien y el pan no cabía (las rebanadas eran demasiado grandes).
El café era de mala calidad y flojo.

La recepcionista de tardes muy muy simpatica y agradable.
Hay una camarera muy poco servicial y casi hay que rogarle por cada cosa que se le pide.
El personal de limpieza de los pasillos y habitaciones es muy ruidoso, a las 08:00 aprox se pasean hablando a gritos por los pasillos quebrantando el descanso por el que uno tanto desea.

Nos ha gustado el personal, son atentos y van con ganas, hacen mucho trabajo. No tienen grandes herramientas pero con lo que tienen se apañan bien. La comida estava muy bien por tratarse de un hotel tan sencillo, hemos disfrutado tanto con el desayuno como con la cena.

La habitación no valia nada. No toca en 2024 que te alojen en un zulo, es de juzgado de guardia. Es vergonzoso, aquello era mas un cuarto para las escobas que una habitación. El baño estaba reformado, menos mal, pero el resto madre mía muy mala experiencia. Era para irnos a otro hotel. El armario contenia 6 perchas, eramos 3 personas, por el amor de dios no somos unos guarros que vamos 3 dias con la misma ropa. No habia ni una silla, ni una pequeña comoda, nada de nada para apoyar los utensilios normales. Es lamentable que existan aun hoteles como éste. Mala experiencia igual que la del hotel Marco Polo de la massana, también con buscounchollo. Había una telaraña negra en una ventana dentro de la habitación que no quieras saber los meses que estava allí.
