- Babies aged 0 to 1: the first child stays free sharing bed with 2 adults and on Room Only basis.

- Children from 2 to 13 years old: 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 3 people. We explain it better!
- Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 1 baby or 1 child per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.
- The accommodation does not allow a 4th place in the same room, either adult or child.
- Do you want to book a single room? The price of the single room is the same as the total price of the double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

Meals & more
If your stay begins on December 24, 2025, and you book Half Board or Full Board:
- Your stay will start with the special Christmas Eve dinner.
- It will end with breakfast (for Half Board) or lunch (for Full Board).
If the first day of your stay is December 25, 2025, and you book on a Full Board basis:
- Your stay will begin with dinner and end with lunch on the day of departure.
Would you like to have lunch at the hotel on the 25th? You have two options:
Option 1: Exchange your dinner that night for lunch.
- This way, you will enjoy the midday meal, but dinner that evening will not be included.
- A supplement applies, as a special Christmas menu will be served:
- €25/adult (from 14 years old).
- €15/child (from 2 to 13 years old).
Option 2: Add the midday meal.
- This way, on the 25th you will have both lunch and dinner included.
- The supplement in this case is:
- €35/adult (from 14 years old).
- €25/child (from 2 to 13 years old).
In both cases, your stay will end with lunch at noon on the last day.
Please note that in all cases, you must inform the hotel as early as possible, and you will pay the corresponding supplement upon arrival at the accommodation.
If you're booking with Full Board:
- The first meal included is dinner, and, therefore, the last meal included is lunch.
- If you'd like to change the order of your meals, you can request it at the accommodation. You'll find their contact details on your confirmation voucher.

El personal ha sido maravilloso, amables, dispuestos ha ayudar, atentos y muy trabajadores. En especial Alejandro del comedor que nos cambio una comida
Un cliente que se creía gracioso giró la etiqueta de arreglar la habitación por la de no molestar. Al llegar por a la 18:30 h nos encontramos con la habitación sin arreglar. Lllamamos a recepción explicando lo sucedido y nos dijeron que mandarían a alguien lo antes posible pero no vinieron. Es la única pega pero fue culpa del cliente que gastó esa broma cosa que a mi me sentó bastante mal.
