Ticket details
Your ticket is valid for 2 consecutive days, with access in the following order:
- Day 1: access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land.
- Day 2: access to PortAventura Park.
Please note that it is not possible to change this order.
You can start using your tickets on the day you prefer during your stay. Once you activate your ticket in the park, it will be valid for that day and the next. If you decide not to use the second day, no refund will be made.

- You will receive your tickets by email the day before your holiday:

Good value for money. Great big family apartment. Perfect location, especially for the best beaches. Fantastic staff on arrival. Really enjoyed breakfast.
I didn't dislike dinner and I had some decent beef stew, but there wasn't a great selection and the quality of the basics like rice and pasta just didn't look great.

La ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos de Portaventura.
Al ducharte dejabas mucha agua en el suelo y no podías pasar al baño ya que estaba todo encharcado.
No había servicio de limpieza.
No se especificaba en la oferta que tienes que dejar una fianza de 200€, el personal bastante lento. Tienes que hacer el check-in antes de las 22 porque sino cierran las puertas y recepción, solo puedes entrar con una tarjeta que te dan antes.

Espaciosos y equipados. Buena ubicación y vistas preciosas.
Requieren una fianza de 200€ que nos sorprendió porque no leímos en las condiciones de la reserva pero el proceso de devolución fue inmediato y ágil.

Estando el hotel totalmente vacio, nuestra habitación estaba en medio de otras dos que estaban ocupadas. Es decir, habian 3 habitaciones ocupadas y las 3 juntas. La noche de nochevieja no pudimos dormir debido a los ruidos y la fiesta que tenian en las 2 habitaciones contiguas. Deberian tener mas idea y estando el hotel vacio dejar al menos una habitacion vacia entre las ocupadas. Por lo demas bien

Poco que descatar
La habitación que nos toco era un estudio pequeño, eramos tres personas y solo estaban montadas dos camas, tuvimos que montar el sofá cama que llevaba una larga temporada sin usarse porque había suciedad al sacar la cama. Es temporada baja por lo que un upgrade a una habitación mejor no les habría resultado difícil. Probablemente no estarían ni al 60% de ocupación, soy recepcionista se lo fácil que resulta dar mejor impresión al cliente en temporada baja. Si visitas Salou, solo te recomiendo este alojamiento si vienes en verano. Fuera de temporada hay mejores opciones.

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y muy grande, nos sorprendió gratamente. El personal de limpieza super agradable.
Una de las cosas que me dejó muy sorprendida es que se me cobrara más de lo indicado en la reserva de la tasa turística, ya que en la propia reserva indica lo que se tiene que cobrar, no dijimos nada porque nos dio apuro, pero de 2€ en 2€ se hace una buena hucha.

El personal deja mucho que desear, al llegar la chica que nos atendió no sabía ni lo que nos estaba diciendo, nos dio mal la llave de la habitación y tuvimos que andar para arriba y para abajo con todo el equipaje. Al día siguiente por la noche cuando nos fuimos a duchar no había agua caliente, bajamos a decirlo y después de un rato explicando que no funcionaba y de que subieran a comprobarlo nos dieron la llave de otra habitación que tampoco funcionaba. El personal muy poco por la labor de trabajar ni por facilitar la estancia

En el hotel no hay nadie antes de las 9 de la mañana.
No nos hicieron la habitacion ningun dia, estuvo la bolsa de basura 3 dias en la entrada.
