El trato recibido por el personal fue excelente, tanto en el hotel como en el spa nos trataron realmente bien. El hotel es muy grande y tiene zonas de uso común cuidadas y bonitas. El desayuno incluido en el chollo era tipo buffet con opciones muy variadas y buena calidad de la comida disponible, en ese sentido nos encantó.

Las habitaciones aunque son grandes están faltas de una renovación, mantenimiento y limpieza, la calefacción es central y pasamos bastante calor. El colchón un poco blando y las almohadas eran muy finas y blandas, por lo que el descanso no fue especialmente bueno. El spa aunque es grande tenía muchas de las zonas en mantenimiento o fuera de servicio, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de la experiencia al completo. Una de las saunas no funcionaba, la zona de pediluvio tampoco, algunas de las duchas termales o temáticas tampoco estaban en funcionamiento.
