Lo mejor es la ubicación, sobretodo si vas a esquiar. Puedes ir andando hasta las pistas. Y está en una zona de tiendas y servicios en Pas de la Casa. La calefacción la puedes regular tanto en la habitación como en el baño.
There are quite a few aspects to improve, to be honest. It says it is a 3 star hotel, but that would be when it was built. Everything is quite old, the door cannot be locked from the inside, it was quite damaged, you could hear noises outside the room (luckily our window overlooked the river and that compensated enough). There are no common areas, so you were either in the room or in the bar. And the buffet.... The truth is that I don't like to speak badly, but it has to be said to be taken into account.... The food left much to be desired, both in variety and quality. We had breakfast and dinner included, and we ended up dining outside the hotel, with that I say it all... The food was dry, the flavors.... Well... I wouldn't repeat or recommend it, sorry, I wish I could say otherwise, but that's the way it is.... And the drink is not only not included (which we already knew), but for a small water they charged you 2€....
Hay bastantes aspectos a mejorar, la verdad. Pone que es un hotel de 3 estrellas, pero eso sería cuando lo construyeron. Está bastante antiguo todo, la puerta no se puede cerrar con llave por dentro, estaba bastante estropeada, se oían ruidos fuera de la habitación (suerte q nuestra ventana daba al río y eso compensaba bastante). No hay espacios comunes, con lo q o estabas en la habitación o en el bar. Y el buffet.... La verdad q no me gusta hablar mal, pero hay que decirlo para q lo tengan en cuenta... La comida dejaba mucho q desear, tanto en variedad como en calidad. Teníamos desayuno y cena incluido, y acabamos cenando fuera del hotel, con eso lo digo todo... La comida estaba reseca, los sabores... Bueno... Yo no repetiría ni lo recomendaría, lo siento, me gustaría poder decir otra cosa, pero es así.. Y la bebida no sólo no está incluida (q ya lo sabíamos), es q por un agua pequeña te cobraban 2€....

I could only say that there could be some car park included in the offer so once there you don't have to pay any.

E repetido de hotel porque es un sitio acogedor tiene unas vistas preciosas por la ventana los empleados muy amable la comida muy rica pero estaba fría hacia mucho frío y apetecía que estuviera caliente o que hubiera sopas algo calentito ,pero la comida estaba rica ,las habitaciones muy limpias
This is not the fault of the hotel, we had a very bad time because of the snow, there was a lot of snow that could not be enjoyed and there was a lot of traffic on the way back to Spain, I will not go again when there is a lot of snow, it was chaos.

Triple room. There were 3 beds and nothing else! They charge for bread at meals and there is no bar after 8pm.
Habitación triple. Eran 3 camas y nada mas!

El personal muy amable la comida muy buena y variada tengo que decir que había leído comentarios negativos y y fue todo lo contrario nos han tratado muy bien además teníamos unas vistas impresionantes en nuestra ventana, la montañas blancas de la nieve y el rio que chulo .Esta cerca las tiendas supermercados perfumerías restaurantes y algunas tiendas de ropa y sobre todo encontramos sitio donde aparcar en la zona azul que eso es muy importante para los que vamos con coche

No esta limpio, estan las habitaciones sucias. Me encontre pelos en la ducha. En la mesita habian cascaras de pipas del anterior. Me encontre los restos de medicamentos la verdad que es denunciable la situacion de limpieza i sanitaria del hotel quise llamar a buscochollo al llegar pero al estar en andorra no me funcionaba el movil
