El servicio de limpieza de habitación muy eficaz y la habitación amplia. Un balcón con bastante espacio y unas vistas preciosas,en un entorno relajado y cerca de comercios,playa y paseo marítimo. La comida del buffet fresca y de buena calidad. El SPA tenía algunas cosas q no funcionaban pero para lo básico no estaba mal. Personal amable.
I would change the external lighting to give it a warmer feel. We hired through Jump2spain.com and if you do it through that channel, they reduce the Spa time to 45 min. If the hotel were mine, I wouldn't make a distinction because it doesn't mean anything and it leaves the customer with a bad taste in their mouth.
Cambiaría la iluminación exterior para darle un aire más cálido. Contratamos a través de Buscounchollo y si lo haces x esa vía t reducen el tiempo del Spa a 45 min. Sí el hotel fuera mío no haría distinción xq no supone nada y dejas con ese mal sabor d boca al cliente.

La comida es buena y variada, cada día dedicada a un estilo diferente ( mexicano, italiano, oriental...) El personal, sobre todo Paula nos han atendido de maravilla, son muy amables. Es lo mejor del hotel.
The location is bad, it is situated in a quiet urbanization where you have to go uphill and it is far from the sea. The entertainment is not good and when there is any, it ends super soon. There is nothing for the kids.

El alojamiento cumple con lo descrito en el sitio web al contratarlo, hemos estado muy a gusto, el personal muy amable y atento. Al estar arriba de la montaña, disponen de servicio de autobús para bajar y subir a la playa cada hora, con previo aviso. La comida EXCELENTE, mucha variedad y todo estaba especialmente bueno, comida de muy buena calidad. La experiencia ha sido muy buena, volveremos sin duda!!!
