Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
Infants (up to 1 year old included):
- 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults. Only possible in double and triple rooms. In case of choosing a quadruple room, the hotel will assign a bed and charge the corresponding amount.

Children (from 2 to 11 years old):
In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:
- the meal plan you choose (breakfast, Half Board with Full Board or all inclusive).
- the type of room you book (triple, quadruple, with sea view...).
- the dates you travel (summer season, spring...).
For this reason, you will see the discounts already applied directly during the booking process.
Good to know:
- Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Children from 12 years old (included) pay the adult rate. The hotel does not make exceptions in this regard.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- If you are travelling with children, the maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- If you are all adults, the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.
- The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

Lo mejor del hotel son los toboganes para los niños. Si no vas con niños, busca otro sitio. La habitación está bastante bien, hay nevera que enfría, las almohadas y las toallas son estupendas. La limpieza es correcta.
El agua de máquina es gratuita e ilimitada en las comidas.
Los animadores son geniales, muy simpáticos y se esfuerzan porque la gente se lo pase bien tanto adultos como niños.
The food is quite bad in terms of quality, not corresponding to a 4-star rating. There is a bit of everything, yes, but basic and cheap (sausages, pangasius, precooked meatballs, etc.), and occasionally there was grilled meat or fish once a day, and it improves towards the weekend when there are more people (knuckle of pork, mackerel, or cod stew). During the week, there were hardly any options and everything was bad. There was food that looked unappetizing or questionable (leftover salads mixed with cold cuts or beans, sauces...). They repeated the pasta by just adding sauce on top, made variations with leftovers as if it were a salad with new ingredients. Salads and fruits had both good and not-so-good items, some looking like they were from the previous day or older. The desserts were very, very bad. They looked good but had no taste. A cheesecake flan dessert was okay. We found a blue band-aid in the brownie. That was not the worst part; we had tried it before and had to spit it out, leaving a bad taste in our mouths, in addition to the surprise of the band-aid afterwards.
I found breakfast better than lunch/dinner. If you managed with the best you could find, you could eat decently. The children had french fries and fried food of the day. The pizza doesn't taste bad, but it was only cheese with some pieces of cold cuts if you were lucky to get them, and very greasy. I wouldn't say it was good either.
The food could be greatly improved and there is hardly any variety.
La comida es bastante mala en cuanto a calidad, no corresponde con un 4 estrellas. Hay un poco de todo sí, pero básico y barato (longanizas, panga, albóndigas precocinadas, etc)y alguna cosa se salvaba de carne o pescado a la plancha una vez al día, y mejora de cara al fin de semana que hay más gente, (codillo, caballa o guiso de bacalao) entre semana apenas había opciones y todo malo. Había comida con mala pinta o dudosa (ensaladas que habría sobrado mezcladas con fiambres o alubias, salsas...) La pasta la repetían poniendo salsa por encima, hacían variaciones con las sobras como si fuera una ensalada con cosas nuevas. Ensaladas y fruta encontrabas cosas buenas y cosas que tenía pinta del día anterior o más. Los postres eran muy muy malos. Tenían buena apariencia pero no sabor. Un postre de flan de queso estuvo bien. Encontramos una tirita azul entre el brownie. Eso no fue lo peor, lo habíamos probado antes y tuvimos que escupirlo y nos dejó mal sabor de boca, además de la sorpresa de la tirita después.
El desayuno me pareció mejor que la comida/cena. Si te las ingeniabas con lo mejor que encontrabas podías comer decente. Los niños patatas fritas y fritanga del día. La pizza no está mala de sabor, pero solo era de queso con algún trozo de fiambre si te llegaba en el trozo y muy aceitosa. Tampoco diría que era buena.
La comida es muy mejorable y no hay apenas variedad.

Lo que mejor me ha parecido han sido las instalaciones, de 10. Las piscinas muy bien y la limpieza también bien
We need to improve the food situation. I don't understand how some people can say everything is fantastic when in reality I have gone hungry. They serve 6 or 7 salads, none of which are edible. On the grill, they cook a lot of grilled chicken, fresh sausages, mackerel, or some cheap fish so you can't choose anything. And then there are a few stews like stewed wings, stewed fish, and that's about it. Among other things, there was also carrot hummus, and vegetables to make salads, which is what we did. Not even the pizza for the kids tasted good as it only had tomato, cheese, and a lot of oregano. The York ham is hard to find. Desserts are another disaster. There's no banana or kiwi for the kids. Only apple, pear, and orange. Also, the kids can have boiled pasta with some sauce, the pizza I mentioned, and maybe one fried thing like croquettes or frozen potatoes. We need to invest more money in the food because otherwise we have no complaints.
If you look at all the reviews, most people list the food as a negative point, there must be a reason for that.
And the drinks are the same, all store brand, I think the store brands at Mercadona are much better. You can't choose anything because all the premium items are not included in the all-inclusive package. Forget about Puerto de Indias, Legendario, Melody, Baúles, nothing is included.
Hay que mejorar el tema de la comida. No entiendo cómo pueden decir algunas personas que es todo fantástico si en realidad yo he pasado hambre. Ponen 6 o 7 ensaladas cual peor y en realidad no se puede comer ninguna. En la plancha se prepara mucho pollo a la plancha, salchichas frescas, caballa o algún pescado barato para que no puedas elegir nada. Y después hay algún que otro guiso como alitas guisadas, pescado guisado y para de contar. Entre otras cosas también había hummus de zanahoria, y también verduras para preparar ensaladas que es lo que hemos echo. Ni la pizza para los niños estaba sabrosa ya que le echaban tomate, queso y bastante orégano para saber solo a eso. El jamón York lo tienes que buscar muy bien. Tema postre otro desastre. No existe plátano, ni kiwi para los niños. Solo manzana, pera y naranja. Es más los niños pueden comer pasta cocida con alguna salsa, la pizza que he comentado y una cosa se fritura con suerte por ejemplo croquetas o patatas congeladas. Habrá que invertir más dinero en la comida ya que por todo lo demás no tenemos quejas.

Es un hotel que ya llevamos varios años yendo. Es perfecto para niños por sus toboganes y animación, desde la mañana hasta la noche están las animadoras haciendo juegos para niños, mini club y mini disco por la noche, para adultos también hay animación y juegos. Calidad precio es muy bueno ya que nos costó muy bien de precio. La comida del buffet increíble. Tiene tres piscinas (una nueva de este año) la grande con los toboganes grandes, una pequeñita para los más peques y la nueva que también tiene toboganes un poco más pequeños. El hotel es ideal para ir en familia con niños ellos todos los años se lo pasan bomba.
