3.4 Tulia Travelled with couple October 2025 Translation: "From the kindness of the people of Porto"
The attic room had electric blinds to avoid being seen from the street, which were not working. As there was no maintenance staff available, I had to fix them myself by climbing a ladder over 3 metres high to prevent light from entering and to avoid people's looks. However, it rained for three days, and water and cold air came through these windows. The room was very cold, and the air conditioning did not provide hot air. On the first day, we had to shower with hand soap because there was no shower gel or shampoo. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time, the room was not good either but better than this one. I don't know if it's because guests coming from dealmetro are given worse conditions and rooms. We came back because the staff was lovely, but only Victor, the hotel's director, was left, and he was only there on the day we left. He told us that we should have requested a room change because this one was one of the worst in the hotel and needed changes. In short, we were cold, which resulted in both my partner and I catching colds. I had to act as a maintenance technician, risking falls while on a ladder. The staff was not up to par for a 4-star hotel, and they were not helpful. The room was very poor quality. AN EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL TO FORGET.

9.1 Mireya Travelled with couple October 2025 "I was a bit scared because of some comments I had seen, but it was nothing like what they were saying. The hotel is quite nice and lives up to its 4-star rating. The staff does everything possible to understand you and are very pleasant. They leave you 1 small bottle of water per person every time they clean the room, as well as tea bags. I highly recommend it."
The location is a bit far considering that there are many hills, which makes it a bit tiring when returning. However, there is a free train that takes you to the center of Porto and can pick you up later, so no problem. The spa is more like a pool with a bubble area, but for the price included, it's fine.

The spa is not a spa, but rather an indoor pool with a jacuzzi. Breakfast is somewhat lacking.
