Lo que más hemos disfrutado fue la amabilidad del personal asì como la compañía de mis acompañantes.
The facilities are very old, deteriorated, with a great lack of cleanliness. The shower water constantly varies from extremely hot to cold. You have to keep going in and out to shower.
We had to be relocated due to the lack of cleanliness of the first room they placed us in, to give us a new one that was just as dirty and the balcony window didn't open properly. We were too embarrassed to ask for another one.
The pool has a ridiculous schedule (from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Days later we were in Toledo at a 2-star hostel where the schedule was from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The indoor pool is not usable. It is empty and the roof is broken.
The pool bar is continuously closed.
The food is a constant reuse of leftovers from the previous meal to the point of using curry chicken in the paella, making the paella taste completely like curry. The "seafood" paella had breaded squid, yes, breaded, leftovers from the previous meal.
And so on... juice, jam, chocolate, etc. that were not replenished at breakfast when they ran out.
Las instalaciones son muy viejas, deterioradas, con una gran falta de limpieza. El agua de la ducha varía continuamente de extremadamente caliente a fría. Hay que salir y entrar continuamente para ducharse.
Nos tuvieron que reubicar por causa de la falta de limpieza de la primera habitación en la que nos emplazaron para darnos una nueva que estaba igual de sucia y no abría bien la ventana del balcón. Nos dio vergüenza solicitar otra.
La piscina tiene un horario ridículo (de 11 a.m. a 7 p.m.). Días después estuvimos en Toledo en un hostal de 2 estrellas donde el horario era de 9a.m. a 11 p.m.
La piscina interior no está utilizable. Está vacía y con el techo roto.
El bar de la piscina está cerrado continuamente.
La comida es un constante reutilizar las sobras de la comida anterior hasta el punto de utilizar el pollo al curry en la paella, lo que hacía que la paella supiera totalmente a curry. La paella de "mariscos" tenía los calamares rebozados, sí, rebozados, que habían sobrado la comida anterior.
Y así un largo etcetera... zumo, mermelada, chocolate, etc. que no se reponía en el desayuno al terminarse.
