Perfect hotel, perfect location, good food and animation in the evenings. Close to market, restaurants, see, castle, walking paths. A lot of Halloween decors in the hotel common space and activities! We liked there! Would like to return!

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

Everything was perfect! Modern and clean rooms, delicious food, with wide variety of spanish and medditerrenean dishes, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near to the beach and city centre. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Although it might sound exaggerated, for those of us with intolerances (and there are many of us), this is very important. I've come back from my holiday with several symptoms and honestly, it's not pleasant. I know I can't enjoy many foods, but it would help to have a bit of knowledge about what I'm eating—because, for example, who's to say there wasn't milk in the eggs used for the omelette they made me? The eggs were all beaten together in a big bowl. Sometimes I feel embarrassed to ask if there is milk in something. People look at you like... what is she on about? In short, you feel like you're being a nuisance. In my case it's lactose, but there are plenty of people who are gluten intolerant as well. I didn’t see anything gluten-free. I think by now there should be products available for people with intolerances. I’ve been to hotels where you can always find something.
Other than that, if I return to Tossa, I would stay at the same hotel again. We really enjoyed it.

En mi caso es la lactosa pero hay mucha gente que es intolerante al gluten. No vi nada sin gluten. Creo que a estas alturas debería haber productos para aquellas personas que tienen intolerancia. He ido a hoteles donde encuentras algo.
