Our experience at this hotel has been very disappointing. The room was extremely small. At check-in, we waited between 30 and 40 minutes. In addition, the receptionist informed us that our booking was for another date and therefore could not give us a room unless we paid for it again. I refused to do so, as the written confirmation clearly stated the correct date. After insisting and showing the documentation, they finally agreed to give us the room, but the situation was very uncomfortable and poorly handled. I would not stay at this hotel again.
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. La habitación era extremadamente pequeña.
En el momento del check-in estuvimos esperando entre 30 y 40 minutos. Además, el recepcionista nos indicó que nuestra reserva era para otra fecha y que, por tanto, no podía darnos habitación a menos que la pagáramos nuevamente. Me negué a hacerlo, ya que en la confirmación escrita constaba claramente la fecha correcta.
Tras insistir y mostrar la documentación, finalmente accedieron a darnos la habitación, pero la situación fue muy incómoda y mal gestionada. No repetiría mi estancia en este hotel.
