If you book 1 or 2 nights, you will get 1-day ticket to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.

You can use your ticket on any day of your stay.

As you have 1 day of access, you will need to visit both parks on the same day.
If you book 3 nights or more, you will receive 1-day ticket to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land + 1 additional day at PortAventura® Park.
- Tickets must be used on 2 consecutive days:
Day 1: Access to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.
Day 2: Access to PortAventura® Park.

You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay, it's up to you.

Once you activate the ticket, you will use it that day and the following day. Please note: if you don’t use the second day, no refund will be issued.

When you check in at the hotel, you’ll be given your park entrance tickets.

If you want to visit the park on the day of arrival, you can pick up your tickets at reception first thing in the morning, even though you won’t be able to access your room until the afternoon.

- The café is located in the city of Reus, so you’ll need to get there using your own vehicle. Make the most of the visit and explore this beautiful town, famous for its blend of modernist architecture, great shopping and delicious gastronomy.

Del hotel no hemos podido disfrutar la animación porque estábamos fuera, pero lo poco que estuvimos disfrutamos un ambiente muy agradable y divertido. De la media pensión hay q destacar las cenas temáticas que hacen varios días por semana.

The apartment is in front of the hotel... you feel a bit out of place where you had supposedly booked... the Pool area is very small... everything is very tight, they do not recommend getting wet a little before entering the pool, the showers are somewhat hidden and no one was getting wet in them, a bit unhygienic... There are pigeons around, they can be annoying... you lose a bit of tranquility...
El departamento queda al frente del hotel... te sientes algo desplazada donde supuestamente habías reservado... la zona de la Piscina es muy pequeña.. todo muy justo, no recomiendan mojarse un poco antes de entrar a la piscina, las duchas están algo escondidas y nadie se mojaba en ellas, un poco antiguienico...
Hay palomas alrededor, llegan a ser molestas ... te invade un poco la tranquilidad....

El apartamento está bien situado, cerca de las calles peatonales y los puestecitos y no muy lejos de la playa. También pilla como a 10 minutos en coche de Port aventura. El personal super agradable
The air conditioning in the apartment was not working the first three nights. Limited food variety. They advertise a kitchen but there are no utensils to use it, so it's like not having anything.

Los servicios del hotel y su personal son muy aceptables. El servicio de transporte a Port aventura muy bien
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that the air conditioning had broken down and they were working on fixing it. To make up for it, they offered us Full Board (an option we discarded since we weren't going to be at the hotel) or a one-day access to Caribe Park. It has been terrible hot nights, and the truth is that I would have appreciated if they had warned us before arriving at the hotel to consider changing accommodations.
Al llegar al hotel nos comentan que se ha estropeado el aire acondicionado y que estan en vias de solucionarlo. Para compensarnos nos ofrecen disfrutar de Pension completa(opcion descartada ya que no ibamos a estar en el hotel) o entrada de un dia al Caribe Park. Han sido unas noches horribles de calor y la verdad es que habria agradecido que nos habrian avisado antes de llegar al hotel para valorar cambio de alojamiento.
