Adults-Only Hotel – Important Booking Information
This hotel is exclusively reserved for adults. Bookings for guests under 18 years old are not accepted under any circumstances.
Please note that reservations including children cannot be accommodated. Any attempt to book with minors will result in the impossibility of staying at the hotel or accessing its facilities and services.

Two ways to book your holiday
With this offer, choose the option that best fits your travel plans:
- Option 1: Book your selected board basis plus accommodation only.
- Option 2: Book your selected board basis plus accommodation, including round-trip ferry transport to Mallorca.
This way, you decide whether to add ferry transport to your booking. You’ll find all ferry details below.
Please note: if you choose not to include the ferry, you will need to arrange your own transport to Mallorca.
What are my ferry travel options?

If you're travelling from Barcelona, your ticket does not include an assigned seat.

If you're travelling from Valencia, your ticket includes a pullman seat (coach seat).
What does “Economy Seating" or "No assigned seat" mean?
It simply means there’s no reserved seat . You’ll still have access to the main areas of the ship: cafeteria, restaurant, deck... It’s a great way to travel at a lower cost!
Important information about your ferry journey

The outbound trip is overnight: you’ll board in the evening, spend the night on the ferry, and arrive at the island in the morning.

You’ll be able to check in at the hotel around midday. Until then, please note that no room or facilities will be available.

You can check approximate ferry schedules during the booking process.

We recommend arriving at the port 2 hours before departure (both outbound and return).

You’ll receive all the details about ports and boarding along with your travel documents.

Meals are not included on the ferry.
How does your board basis work?

If you’ve selected meals, these are included at the accommodation (no meals are provided during the ferry journey).

Here's how it works depending on what you've booked:

Bed & Breakfast → Your first meal will be breakfast the next day.

Half Board → Your first meal will be dinner on the first day.

Full Board → Your first meal will be lunch on the first day.

How to make your booking
- Reservation details
When completing your booking, enter the first and last names of every traveller exactly as they appear on the passport or other valid travel document (confirm with your embassy if needed). This step is essential to ensure your travel documents are issued correctly and without delays.
- What documents are required to travel?
Contact your embassy and the embassy of the destination country to confirm which travel documents are required.
Start this process early, as certain procedures may take time.
- How will you receive your travel documents?
Your final travel documents will be sent by email up to 48 hours before departure, printing them is mandatory.
At the port, present the printed documents together with the Travel Document of all passengers, without these documents boarding will not be permitted.
