Key info you should have

  • This hotel caters exclusively to adults, meaning children are not permitted.

Your Perfect Stay

Ferry

With this offer, you have two options:

  • Option 1: Book your chosen board basis plus accommodation.
  • Option 2: Book your chosen board basis plus accommodation, including round-trip ferry transport to Majorca.

That way, you can decide whether to add ferry transport to your booking. You’ll find all the ferry details below.

Please note: If you choose not to include the ferry, you’ll need to arrange your own travel to Majorca.

What are my ferry travel options?

  • If you're travelling from Barcelona, your ticket does not include an assigned seat.

  • If you're travelling from Valencia, your ticket includes a pullman seat (coach seat).

What does “Economy Seating" or "No assigned seat" mean?

It simply means there’s no reserved seat . You’ll still have access to the main areas of the ship: cafeteria, restaurant, deck... It’s a great way to travel at a lower cost!

Important information about your ferry journey

  • The outbound trip is overnight: you’ll board in the evening, spend the night on the ferry, and arrive at the island in the morning.

  • You’ll be able to check in at the hotel around midday. Until then, please note that no room or facilities will be available.

  • You can check approximate ferry schedules during the booking process.

  • We recommend arriving at the port 2 hours before departure (both outbound and return).

  • You’ll receive all the details about ports and boarding along with your travel documents.

  • Meals are not included on the ferry.

How does your board basis work?

  • If you’ve selected meals, these are included at the accommodation (no meals are provided during the ferry journey).

  • Here's how it works depending on what you've booked:

    • Bed & Breakfast → Your first meal will be breakfast the next day.

    • Half Board → Your first meal will be dinner on the first day.

    • Full Board → Your first meal will be lunch on the first day.

    • All-Inclusive → Your first meal will be lunch on the first day.

Optional extras

During the booking process, you can choose to add your vehicle transport on the ferry (for both outbound and return trips).

Essential travel documents

How should you make a booking?

Reservation details:

  • When you make the booking, indicate the names and surnames of the travellers as they appear on the ID card. This way, when the documentation is issued, everything will be correct.

What do you need to travel?

  • If you have Spanish nationality:

    • You need to have your DNI in force during your holiday and that it does not expire during the course of your holiday.
    • Are you travelling with children? Please note that children under 14 years of age can travel without an ID card. However, it is essential to bring the birth certificate.
  • If you have another nationality:

    • It is essential that you consult with your embassy, and that of the destination country. They will inform you which documents you must hand in and how to process them. The NIE will not be valid.
    • Do it in advance, as some procedures may require some time to be carried out.

How does the documentation work?

  • You will receive the final travel documents by e-mail up to 48 hours before departure. You will need to print it.

  • When you arrive at the port, you must hand in this printed documentation together with the ID of all passengers. Without this, you will not be able to board.

Why this destination is a must-visit

  • Mallorca is one of our personal favourites as it’s an excellent holiday destination in Spain. If your idea of a great holiday is to spend your days snorkelling and trying different beaches, Majorca has a great variety. If you’re more into the nightlife, Magaluf beach resort is calling your name! And if you’re going on a quiet holiday with friends and family, there’s also plenty to keep everyone entertained.

8 Eva Travelled with couple September 2025 The varied breakfast and plenty of space and tables to sit at, the spacious and beautiful rooms and the bathroom with a very good shower and free car park near the hotel.
To control who enters the hotel, young guys would come and knock on the door every night, they would talk until late on the balcony and make noise in the hallway.

6 Adrian Travelled with couple September 2025 The staff is quite good, nice.
El personal bastante bien, majos
The food leaves much to be desired... there is plenty of food, but the breakfast and dinner times... are designed for the English, the pool closes at 19:30h with 30 degrees, there is no fridge in the room, and the air conditioning at night does not work, the walls seem to be made of paper.

7.4 Ana Travelled with couple September 2025 The room cleanliness. The food and breakfast. The reception staff, super friendly.
La limpieza de la habitación. La comida y el desayuno. El personal de recepción, súper amable.
Since we entered the room, we reported that when they were showering in the room above, water was pouring down in the bathroom of our room. Well, we left the room after 5 days, and no one has come to fix it. The room was flooding. A disaster.

8.6 Lucia Travelled with couple September 2025 The stay in general has been pleasant. The facilities are comfortable and the main areas are spacious and well-maintained. The reception and restaurant staff are attentive and friendly, always willing to help. The food at the buffet is very varied and of good quality. In addition, the hotel's location is very good, close to bus stops, supermarkets, and the sea; but without the hustle and bustle of the busy area. Finally, it is a positive point to note that you can use the main areas such as the pool on the day of arrival and departure (they have a room to leave luggage).
I don't think it's appropriate for the use of the fridge and the safe in the room to incur an additional cost, as they should be included in the booking price. Also, the cleaning staff enters the room without checking beforehand if it is occupied, which I consider an aspect to improve.
