Tips to make your crossing more comfortable:

• Bring a travel pillow and a light blanket in case the air conditioning feels cool.
• Prepare your entertainment: download your favourite series, create a playlist, listen to an audiobook, read that book you’ve been meaning to finish or play games with your travel companions.
• Stretch your legs and move freely around the ship. Find your favourite spot and turn the journey into part of the adventure.

Additional ferry information

• Together with your travel documents, you will receive full details of the departure and arrival ports.
• For both outbound and return journeys, please arrive at the port 2 hours before departure.
• Approximate ferry schedules will be shown during the booking process.
• Schedules may change. This is uncommon, but if it happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.
• During booking, you can add boarding your vehicle on the ferry for both outward and return journeys.
• On arrival day, check-in starts at 12:00. Before that time, rooms and facilities will not be available.

How to make your booking

• Reservation details

When completing your booking, enter the first and last names of every traveller exactly as they appear on the passport or other valid travel document (confirm with your embassy if needed). This step is essential to ensure your travel documents are issued correctly and without delays.

• What documents are required to travel?

Contact your embassy and the embassy of the destination country to confirm which travel documents are required.

Start this process early, as certain procedures may take time.

• How will you receive your travel documents?

Your final travel documents will be sent by email up to 48 hours before departure, printing them is mandatory.

At the port, present the printed documents together with the Travel Document of all passengers, without these documents boarding will not be permitted.
