Excellent 8.3 July Travelled with  friends May 2026 English (British) This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, I’ve loved the staff who attended us the last time I came. The receptionist who checked us in, Silvia, was very nice. The bar staff, Marc and Antonia, were wonderful and very attentive in everything. The dining room team, especially Miguel, was a machine at his job and very pleasant. The girls Sheila and Ruth were very hardworking and helpful, and the morning dining room staff who receive the personnel, also very attentive and helpful—I think her name is María. All in all, the staff are among the best at attending to guests; we’ve felt at home. The food had little variety but was good. Thank you and we’ll be back.
Es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel, me ha encantado al personal que nos atendió la ultima vez que fui, la recepcionista que nos hizo el chekin Silvia muy maja, l@s camarer@s de la barra de bar, Marc y Antonia majisim@s y muy atent@s en todo, l@s chic@s del comedor sobre todo Miguel una máquina haciendo su trabajo y muy agradable, las chicas Sheila y Ruth muy trabajadoras y serviciales y la chica que está por las mañanas en el comedor recibiendo al personal, también muy atenta y servicial, creo que se llama María, en definitiva el personal es de lo mejor atendiendo a la clientela nos hemos sentido como en casa, la comida poca variedad pero estaba buena, gracias y volveremos.
The hotel is old, but everything is very helpful for the stay; the rooms are clean and the mattresses are comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the room’s TV is large. Everything you put in the reviews is true... The worst hotel and the worst food one can imagine. Access for people with disabilities is very poor too... I used crutches and a wheelchair... going down the ramp to access the dining room is suicide, to enter the elevator you have to fold the chair, the doors of the rooms are narrow and you also have to fold the chair... very difficult and very bad all round. To say something good... the cleaning ladies were very good, making an effort to clean some very old rooms.

Hemos avisado a las cicas de la reception,nos hemos quejado pero fue para nada. Tambien hemos intentado irnos pero fue imposibile encontrar otro hotel y ademas nos han dicho.que tenemos que pagar nosotros una multa por incumplimiento. La estancia la hemos comprado con buscounchollo y tampoco nos solucionaron nada,una respuesta evasiva y sin respeto y la unica solution de ellos fue que tenemos que aguantar o salir y pagar por incumplir. Todo lo que pune en las resenas es verdad...El peor hotel y la peor comida que se puede imaginar. Tambien el acceso a las personas con alguna discapacitas es muy malo...ușo muletas y silla de ruedas...bajar por la panta para acceder al comedor es un suicidio, para entrar en ascensor hay que plegar la silla, las puertas de las habitaciones estrechas y tambien hay que plegar la silla...muy dificil y muy mal todo. Para decir algo bueno...las chicas de la limpieza muy buenas, esforzandose a limpiar unas habitaciones muyyyy viejas.

The receptionist who checked us in, Silvia, was very nice. The bar staff, Marc and Antonia, were wonderful and very attentive in everything. The dining room team, especially Miguel, was a machine at his job and very pleasant.
