Al menjador hi havia poc personal i tarda ven molt a venir a demanar el beure i emportar-se els plats bruts.

The rooms are cleaned superficially, they also don't change the pillowcase, there I left it stained with makeup, they just turned it over and thought I wouldn't notice. The beds, pillows, a disaster. All of that needs to change, in general, I don't recommend this hotel. It's not a wonderful experience, there are many things to improve, the pool is super small. And the café staff is super young, inexperienced, not knowing how to make a good mojito. Total disaster.
Las habitaciones las limpian por encima, tampoco cambian la funda de la almohada allí dejé manchado con maquillaje cogieron lo giraron y pensaron que no me daría cuenta.
Las camas, almohadas un desastre. Todo eso está para cambiar en general no recomiendo este hotel. No es una experiencia maravillosa hay muchas cosas por mejorar, la piscina súper pequeña. Y el personal de las cafeterías súper joven sin experiencia sin saber hacer bien un mojito

Lo que más hemos disfrutado ha sido la piscina . Aunque era bastante pequeña para el hotel que es. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien aunque los colchones de las camas eran malísimos... El balcón en la habitación ha sido un puntazo! Y las vistas increíbles.
We had booked Full Board for a week and we couldn't even drink tap water without paying. All drinks, including water, had to be paid for. There wasn't a single water fountain or machine in the entire hotel, except for vending machines with €3 bottles. And the evening entertainment was quite limited...
Hemos reservado pensión completa para una semana y nisiquiera el agua de grifo podíamos beber sin pagar. Todas las bebidas incluida el agua había que pagarlas.
